    @VodafoneUK thanks for the 9.3% increase on both my mobile and broadband, could have chose either one or the other and not both Not happy at all, will be cancelling both as soon as my contract on both ends, customer loyalty means sweet fa these days

    @VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

    As great as @VodafoneUK are, their phone insurance absolutely stinks, would advise everybody to avoid it and even cancel it if they have it you are much better off saving the money and putting it in a separate account

    @VodafoneUK Improve your services and then it might be worth the extra charge but since I'm on the lowest broadband package getting **** speeds, the increase is a slap in the face

    @VodafoneUK Hey James, obviously you don't as the first time I called the operator identified the issue and instructed me to cancel the debit payment with my bank without saying I didn't have any security on the account.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting, 3 contracts £120 a month roughly, rang to ask why £39 has just been debited from my account. Guy just spike over me, so much so my friend said who does he think he is speaking to, your the customer. Im furious. At 41 yr old long term customer

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

    @VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

    Cancelled broadband contract with @VodafoneUK last month but they didn’t cancel. Spent hours on chat and phone and eventually they cancelled. Checked tonight and they’ve restarted contract without me knowing. On chat hours and they’ve disconnected! AVOID Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Yes and I was told by your support team it was exclusive to my property, my hardware, my connection. I therefore reconfigured everything- computers, routers, tv’s, smart speakers, even mobile phones. I found out later that the problem was affecting a number of my neighbours.

    @VodafoneUK Will contact support via chat another day as for some reason the firmware update check is failing. I've found a work around for now - turned off the 5GHz band on the guest network. Seemingly the issue with high channel numbers not being detected is a common with Amazon devices.

    @VodafoneUK my broadband speeds haven’t met the minimums once the day I switched. The online chat just goes through the same things and I’m told your engineers were working on a fault back in September! It’s still buffering when I try to watch a 30 minute show! HELP!!!!

    Lesson learnt today: Never deal with @VodafoneUK again. Rubbish customer service, every agent doesn’t know their own policies properly and they charge you 3 times the money they promise. Splendid #badcustomerservice #vodafonesucks

    @aylathesailor @VodafoneUK Awful broadband connection, dropouts happen on an almost daily basis. Internet is totally unusable after about 6pm.
