    @VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

    @VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

    If you're thinking of trying @VodafoneUK broadband. Don't bother. Mine went down Wednesday, was quoted a max 72 hour fix. After 8 hours of speaking to customer service agents, still haven't been contacted by 2nd line tech who were to contact me for fixing the problem. #broadband

    @VodafoneUK @davesleney I called the number twice, I have tried to explain my issue by speaking to the automated answer machine, I have pressed keys and got absolutely nowhere. I have been sent texts to a phone that has no active SIM. There is no option available to actually speak to someone.
