    @VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

    @missold_ppi_ @VodafoneUK @KaanAltinbas Glad it worked out for you. Where I live Three are notoriously slow and have been promising network upgrades for several years. Still the same old copy+paste 'network roll out' excuses. Never dealing with them ever again.

    Today my nieces phone was stolen on her 15th Birthday 😔 @O2 and @VodafoneUK can anyone help restore her birthday and make her day special.... to the horrible people that stole it I hope it was worth it !!!

    @ViCustomerCare vodafone is a fraud company these guys are bullshit their all staff social media handling staff marketting people, customer executive all are liers... 👎👎👎 They keep me sending msg from last 2 months but never resolve issue @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @VodafoneUK @discoveryplusUK Great offer- however unable to download @discoveryplus onto LG tv’s. Anyone had the same problem and how do you get around it?

    @VodafoneUK just called 191 to get help and no help what so ever. Working away from home and no land line or broadband working at home. Try calling and line just comes up as engaged. So much for fool proof service

    @ladyywatermelon @EE @VodafoneUK No worries. I think there is 2 Virgin networks on the tube. One is called Virgin Media, not sure if you need to be a Virgin Media customer or not to use it, but the other is just called Virgin WiFi. I’m sure all you need to do is register. My phone just automatically connects.
