@VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

@VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Bought a sim only deal, store set the wrong one up. Call support and they cancel the contract instead of fixing it. Now need to do a 2nd credit check to sort out mess I didn’t create @VodafoneUK #CustomerService #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK are your servers down? Had another day of poor connection (bristol area) spoken to so many advisors the past few weeks. Keep telling me it will get fixed. Nothing :( I asked to leave. They said they’d fine me. Not sure what to do… ombudsman?
