    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

    @VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

    @VodafoneUK I'd like to apologize because your specific scam is malware related. But, all the others that looks identical, are not malware related. They all have a dangerous URL so the solution is still the same - i.e. Zero Trust. The security filter you are about to implement won't work.

    @VodafoneUK Hopefully it’s better than the normal broadband. Have had discount for a year as minimum speeds never met! Can’t wait to leave (but still 1 year left on contract) anyone know if I can leave early without fee since they have never provided what they said? 😭

    @VodafoneUK You might want stop hanging up on PAYING customers! Stop trying to cheat people! You shouldn't even attempt to try and make a person pay extra for leaving you and giving them bad options if they do. It is coershion and manipulation!

    @Paul__Walsh @VodafoneUK This scam text url takes you to a page that persuades you to install an APK on the device if it identifies it's an android phone. That APK is loaded with this Flubot variant that will then try to spread to other devices. Germany had issues with it last month and now UK targeted.
