As great as @VodafoneUK are, their phone insurance absolutely stinks, would advise everybody to avoid it and even cancel it if they have it you are much better off saving the money and putting it in a separate account

@VodafoneUK I’ve done loads of trouble shooting. And chat online. Apparently you guys have a big outage in the system, to check accounts and faults. But not sure if this is directly linked to service outage? Anyone else have an issue ?

@VodafoneUK Hey Vodafone - what part of GDPR do you not understand? You're not allowed to spam people marketing crap like pet trackers without their explicit consent. Time to report you to ICO.

@VodafoneUK We have tried on 4 different devices, a Dell lap top, a Lenovo lap top and two different iphones, when you click on the link in the email it says token exipired, so the issue is with your VEA team sending expired links

Dear @VodafoneUK Thanks for returning my phone and saying you couldn't find the fault. I just turned it on, started the camera and instantly found the fault. The fact that I've been waiting since Apr 26th to get the phone back is just as bad as the fact that IT'S STILL BROKEN

@VodafoneUK They took me through a procedure which took over 15 minutes. When this didn't work, they put me through to the technical team who confirmed that there were problems in the area! You couldn't make it up. Do you think this is value for money?
