@VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

@VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

Been waiting in all day for @WeAreOpenreach to come and connect my internet from @VodafoneUK. 8am - 1pm … currently 18:38, no idea if they are even bothering to come this evening. Very very poor customer service indeed. #poorcustomerservice

Spent 3 hours today trying to pay @VodafoneUK £11.97 for a service I didn’t even know I had. Tried their online chat service that suggested I go a store, went to the store, they don’t accept payment, gave me a number, hung on forever, got a call back and eventually paid.
