    @VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

    @VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

    @VodafoneUK hi guys, just had a call from 01709 357345 based in Rotherham claiming to be yourselves. I believe this is a scam number based on a google search I did. Called offering products and discounts but sounded like a bad operation from the get-go. Cheers.

    I have taken the new SIM card for 2yr old number8859222266 on yesterday and they have told me that this sim will activated in two hours. And now they told me to travel 40 km from my area. Pathetic service and now changing my operator soon. Bad service @VodafoneUK @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneUK Yes I did - despite being offered through my on-line account a 50% discount, when I applied I was told this was a mistake and it wasn’t available to me a loyal customer of over 20 years - appalling service! Now happily switched to Three!!!
