@VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

After many hours I contacted one agent on their chat and he asked me to re-activate the signal and restart the phone but issue not resolved. Then another chat agent told me to try it from entertainment section on the app & it's not in it @VodafoneEgypt @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK @CityFibre your service/customer service is dreadful. Gigabit Internet has been crap from the start. Now been totally without internet since Mar 3rd. All VF can do is try to sell me extra services on new 24mo contracts. WIll be leaving asap! Take me back to BT!

@AiryDaniel @PreciousGNSD @VodafoneUK I DM'd Vodafone UK and they didn't see a problem but it came back soon / couple of hours. Was 2 yrs ago.. I reckon it was the router updating and rebooting itself.. or a router on the other side doing the same..

@VodafoneUK omg what planet are your customer relations team on? Having mega problems with you lot and just had one of your human robots (reading a script) phone me. He called to tell me that my complaint which started in January has not been given to a case worker.
