    As great as @VodafoneUK are, their phone insurance absolutely stinks, would advise everybody to avoid it and even cancel it if they have it you are much better off saving the money and putting it in a separate account

    @VodafoneUK Improve your services and then it might be worth the extra charge but since I'm on the lowest broadband package getting **** speeds, the increase is a slap in the face

    @VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

    Cancelled broadband contract with @VodafoneUK last month but they didn’t cancel. Spent hours on chat and phone and eventually they cancelled. Checked tonight and they’ve restarted contract without me knowing. On chat hours and they’ve disconnected! AVOID Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Hey James, obviously you don't as the first time I called the operator identified the issue and instructed me to cancel the debit payment with my bank without saying I didn't have any security on the account.

    @VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

    @VodafoneUK most shocking service provider not helpful in any way! Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Don’t ever use them!

    @VodafoneUK any chance someone can help my son ? He has been disconnected through a misunderstanding with the operator who disconnected the WRONG account. 3 days later no further forward with several calls. Preferably someone who has a good grasp of English language .

    @VodafoneUK For other Vodafone customers the error looks to be caused by latest Apple update. Go to settings, change your default browser to Safari. Find Safari in 'Settings' then select 'Default browser app' and choose 'Safari'. A temp resolution as Vodafone currently working on the fix. 🧐
