@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK thanks for the 9.3% increase on both my mobile and broadband, could have chose either one or the other and not both Not happy at all, will be cancelling both as soon as my contract on both ends, customer loyalty means sweet fa these days

So my recommendation is anyone who uses @VodafoneUK to cancel immediately. Do not renew & do not contemplate joining this company. Their “customer service” is appalling, the way they treat loyal customers is disgusting. DO NOT take out broadband or phone contracts with them
