    What a joke @VodafoneUK broadband are! Passed around the technical team for the to repeat the same hinges and unable to resolve. They book an engineer and then cancel it. Still can’t fix issue. Deffo avoid them at all costs

    Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK. Being charged for security account I don’t have and ‘no way to cancel it’ even though not being used. Only solution offered was to transfer ownership to another member of family so they can pay for a service they don’t have. Genius!
