@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK Broadband down in EH14 area (Edinburgh) since 08:30. Specifically your units are green for connecting to each other but no INTERNET access. Manual trigger needed for the 4g backup dongle as I had to unplug the ethernet cable to wifi box to get my home working.

@VodafoneUK Still no internet on our Vodafone hub here in Staffs. Spent 50 minutes in a queue to chat with someone on the Vodafone broadband team, then got thrown out when I reached 50th in the queue. Really just looking for an answer as to whether this is a known issue?

@VodafoneUK I’m sickened at having to read the Daily Mail to get updates about the broadband service your supposed to be providing to me. For a communications company you are not very good.
