@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

@VodafoneUK more appalling service from you. Don't know why I am always surprised. On an unlimited data plan, you have decided to apply a data cap so I have no connectivity and can't work from home. Whilst you have accepted it is your 'mistake' I now have to wait another 48hrs

I have been fooled by @VodafoneUK and took from me 86-90£ every month for 5 months for nothing, because I haven’t cancel a contract which has finished 5 month ago. Hopefully no one else this will happen to him/her. I will never ever again deal with @VodafoneUK

Is deflect and avoid part of Vodaphone training? 3 shop visits. 3 phone calls (one week apart), 2 failed callbacks. 1 broken phone connection. 2 failed chatbot attempts 2 months in with atrocious signal & your company still haven't booked a local engineer.

@VodafoneUK #suresignal Nope, my signal is still rubbish at home. To use WiFi calling I have to have a phone with VF firmware. My phone model supports Vowifi but not with you. Been with VF since analogue, SS was my reason to stay - no more!

@VodafoneUK Thankfully I managed to get online before they ended the call with me, but this is deeply unprofessional. In the end, the representative was not able to fix my issue. They simply shrugged and told me to wait a few hours. #Vodafone
