    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK tried to request a Network Unlock code and get email response saying oops you need to have been using your sim for at least 30 days. It has been 30 days! Help

    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK I have ordered a phone upgrade. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but I have not yet received my handset loan agreement. I have asked for it twice more but I still haven't had it. If I don't send it back my order will be cancelled (not my fault) Help please

    @VodafoneUK Customer Relations hit historic lows at Vodafone. Could not resolve my issues amicably, complaints sidelined, service irrevocably horrendous, another loyal customer crapped on in the race for Vodafones riches. Unfortunately you’ll never be able to afford a soul.

    @VodafoneUK To help, one requires understanding and acumen. I remain steadfast on my earlier comments, as Vodafone has proven itself unworthy in numerous ways. A business that feverishly seeks clients in its early years, are less likely to do so once CEO’s are sated.

    @VodafoneUK Wi-Fi and 4G is literally non-existent. Tried to go through ‘BOT’ and getting nowhere. I need customer services through a phone call and not live chat is this possible? This needs to be fixed ASAP as I work from home and am having to use my partners data hotspot.
