    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK tried to request a Network Unlock code and get email response saying oops you need to have been using your sim for at least 30 days. It has been 30 days! Help

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @Callan23474387 @VodafoneUK They had my account name as Mr Anonymous Gallagher. I know I'm not the biggest extrovert ever, but still. Regularly topped the list of worst mobile service provider. So glad we ditched them yrs ago. Slung their free 1yr SIM in the car, was so determined to never deal w them again

    @VodafoneUK You could not help as my son is travelling Australia for a year and I took out a contract before he planned this trip. U cannot pause or assist with a reduction in monthly data cost of £30 - other customers beware! Paying Vodafone £360 for nothing

    @VodafoneUK I genuinely have never experienced such poor poor customer service in all my adult years. The level of incompetence is absolutely astonishing. 6 complaints raised, not a single call back from customer resolutions. 48 hour call back..my backside! 🖕 #canicancelnow

    @VodafoneUK Your back room elves have now made my problem worse. My app works but they have cancelled my contract without my permission and set up another. Customer care can see the issue but do not have the access to correct.

    Maybe @vodafoneUK shouldn't be sending out 'how we did' texts when they have (and still are) repeatedly lying to customers who are not receiving a service that they're paying for.
