@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK @RogueCoder250 Yet another faceless company who appoints foreign call centres, who are **** and hardly speak decent English. I was also with this **** show, but moved all my business accounts to another provider who actually care and get stuff done

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Having a similar experience with @Parcel2Go they lost £500 worth of items and will not progress the claim even though I paid extra for insurance. Their Customer service is a dead end.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK All these big companies with zero customer service if you can hold of anyone that is. How hard is it to get a direct dial number to deal with cases like these so they are trained to deal with the realities. So sorry you and others have had to deal with this

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm so sorry for everyone who has had to put up with this at what is an awful time. I know, I'm two weeks into it. By contrast, the Nationwide bereavement team and in-branch staff have been excellent, sympathetic and efficient helping me to close my mother's accounts.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Just awful. I had similar happen to me with BT. They insisted my mother had called them..... on the day we buried her. Wouldn't believe us at all. I am pleased they are at least beginning to sort it for you. They must make sure this treatment doesn't happen ever again

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sorry you've had to go through this. After my partner died my first interaction with Vodafone was via debt collectors, with no prior communication from Vodafone themselves. Sounds like they've got serious issues to address.

@VodafoneUK U're trying 2 charge me £1669.80 data usage in Sierra Leone I didn't use! I was there 50 minutes &didn't use my phone.Switched frm O2 years ago & remained vodaphone customer even tho there is no service in many places! Now this? I offer£40 good will off bill! Really??
