@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

Trying to cancel @VodafoneUK account. It's harder than getting it if that's possible. I got a transcript of the conversation to confirm it's cancelled but the transcript replaces the account with xxs so it isn't confirmation! Vodafone's labyrinthine systems are why I hope I left.

Just discovered the ‘technical’ @VodafoneUK agent has NO CLUE what he’s doing. He has to send an email to the Maintenance Team. Surely after 5 mths of having this issue they could assign a competent person? #badservice

@VodafoneUK Had no data for a day now, what’s going on over there? The website says all coverage is OK, but it’s not working — even though my phone says I have 4G/5G.
