    @VodafoneUK No warning that my brother had went over his limit , charged him £53 , fair enough !! But then threaten to stop his service while we’re in this pandemic !!! Absolute disgrace of a company !!!!

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I signed up to a new contract yesterday on the basis I would receive a £8 trade in discount but now have a txt from you saying my phone doesn’t qualify. Why was I not told this prior to signing when checks were made in my phone. How do I cancel.

    @VodafoneUK tried to request a Network Unlock code and get email response saying oops you need to have been using your sim for at least 30 days. It has been 30 days! Help

    @VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK Tell your @VodafoneTR to get a grip and provide necessary communication lines. I am a Vodafone customer and I can’t still reach the area. It has been more 4 days there is no stable communication.

    @VodafoneUK Today is yet another problem. As I said I will respond Monday. Check our account , plenty more good reading with even promises it’s sorted from directors office. Vodaphone really do need investigating by the FSA as sure we are not the only ones. Even had a debt collector letter!!

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK since your upgrade to profibre2 we have not had our phone or wifi working at the same time. Daily calls to your help desk are fruitless. Promises of 24hour rectification fail. Still no phone service for nearly 3weeks now. On hold currently for 55mins.
