@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK Help. We have no network in SO21 1AZ! There's an exclamation mark where bars of signal should show and our phones say network is "temporarily unavailable". Neither Samsung Galaxy or Pixel phone will switch to use wifi calling, even though we have good internet.

@VodafoneUK Done that and got no reply. Been a Vodafone customer since 1992, but the service nowadays isn’t up to much,apps always going wrong. So am now going to switch to another server.

@VodafoneUK when are you going to catch up with other phone operators and allow text messaging over Wi-Fi. We have no phone signal in Ely and I can’t even verify my Vodafone account because you can’t send me a code by text message.
