    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK I'd rather keep communications public. It's clear that the app is designed that way, so people have no choice but to call your centres, which boosts revenue. I work 60+ hours per week, so don't have the time or patience to call. It's quite simple. Fix the app, or lose a customer.

    2 days ago my @VodafoneUK broadband should’ve been activated. It’s still not and I’ve still not managed to get into contact with a human being to help me with the problem. Really really poor.

    @VodafoneUK hi, im trying to access my account however i am in the middle of the jungle for two months and have no service. to login i needed a security code but because i dont have service and only wifi i cant recieve the text. how do i access my account without the code?

    Having to ditch @VodafoneUK because they still can’t transfer a number from one SIMO to a new SIMO contract Can’t tell if it’s a them problem or a shared telecoms issue

    @VodafoneUK I have repeatedly tried to contact you via 191 to change over my account from business to personal. I have tried to buy a new plan on your website - it says there is a problem. I cannot use your web chat because I don’t have a VCO account …. I’ll go to EE I guess

    @VodafoneUK Hmmm you told me to contact customer services which I did at 09:20 and was told someone would call me back as you couldn’t get through to your tech people. That was 2.5 hours ago. Just called again and same issue - someone is apparently going to call me back. Not good

    @VodafoneUK Yes it's very disappointing. Neither company seems to actually want to help or do anything with each other apart from blaming each other and not telling me what's actually going on and what needs to be done
