    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK and @PayPalUK I can’t access my PayPal account using Vodafone 4g on iPhone se2020. It works fine when connected to Wi-Fi. I’m seeing online this seems to be a common issue. Any solution? Thanks

    So @VodafoneUK put up their prices by exactly the same amount as @EE, 10.5 + 3.9%. Remember it is because they have exactly the same costs as each other and because, according to #EE anyway, out the goodness of their hearts they are helping the poor (by creating more of them?).

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone is terrible! I've had a mobile & broadband for years & they havent given me the discount as they said they could join accounts but that's my fault! Now my contract ends 20th April they can only upgrade not keep as is, just cancelled it.

    @VodafoneUK Each time we get a letter I will be putting negative reviews on various platforms and ensuring all Vodafone prospective customers and existing ones know how bad a service you provide.

    @VodafoneUK your Broadband cancellation customer service team think they are something special .the way they speak to customers not acceptable . Will not recommend @VodafoneUK to anyone . From a customer for more than 20+ years..

    @VodafoneUK I know it's on the envelope but we have been returning these to you for the past 11 years and you have not done anything, we are asking that you stop sending to our address, it is not good customer service to send someone's mail to another person.

    @VodafoneUK my account has been cut. I cannot make or receive calls and cannot log into my account either as that requires me to receive a security code via text. Please help!
