@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK tried to request a Network Unlock code and get email response saying oops you need to have been using your sim for at least 30 days. It has been 30 days! Help

Hi @VodafoneUK I signed up to a new contract yesterday on the basis I would receive a £8 trade in discount but now have a txt from you saying my phone doesn’t qualify. Why was I not told this prior to signing when checks were made in my phone. How do I cancel.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

"Get EE or get network envy" is, if anything, misinformation at it's greatest. I use @VodafoneUK and @O2 and in no way envy your network, your users and especially your overpriced and under valued deals. Can get the phones I want with better deals and cheaper here.

@VodafoneUK I'm trying to upgrade my broadband plan. Website says I have to phone so I did, 20 mins on hold then told the call needs to be transferred to another team. 10 mins on hold again then hung up on. Can you help pls - I can't waste another 30 mins.
