@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

@VodafoneUK @SophiaThakur @VodafoneUK worst service offered by Vodafone. Sent faulty phone as a new phone and never care to replace the phone. Sales team shows stars and moon and support team throws you no where. Very frustrating!

@VodafoneUK Done all that, doesn't work, you've been advised this already. If customers phone they don't get the deal as it's online only. Giftcloud who you have promoted this with say your website is the problem.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I am at loss now and will have no other choice but to report the issue I have to the Financial Ombudsman . Despite all the time I am spending on the phone , online and store visits ( on average 1.5 h every 2/3 days ! ) @VodafoneUK is still unable to resolve this

@VodafoneUK been a customer since 2002, have 5 contracts on my a/c…trying to upgrade 1 of them, new deal I’ve selected is £10 cheaper pm than current deal I’ve been paying for last 2yrs+ …but I can’t renew as it’ll exceed credit terms? Pls explain currently…shopping around!
