    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    .@VodafoneUK FINALLY got “free” succulents from month ago & loads broken. Less plants & more propagation. Expected more from YouGarden & yourself. All 3 boxes contained broken succulents. Basically leaves. Packaging should’ve protected so think they were broken b4 sent out.

    @VodafoneUK Erm, no. Let’s keep this public. Explain why, if I failed to notify Vodafone that I wanted to cancel/change my rate would be the same as it currently is. The ‘bundle’ was airtime and handset, the handset had been paid and ownership is now mine.

    @VodafoneUK When I call that number it says “you have reactivated your standard voicemail service”, which is odd, because it already seemed to be active. I thought you might have got the numbers mixed up, so I tried the other one; it says exactly the same thing. ?

    Trying to cancel your account and get a PAC code from @VodafoneUK is like trying to get blood from a stone! Another reason for me to leave.

    @VodafoneUK in an endless chatbot loop of hell - I smashed my phone and can't receive texts to login online. Your chatbot keeps asking me what number to text verification to and then asks 'is there anything else I can help with' after I have repeatedly said I have no phone.

    My sister, who has suffered from a stroke and relies on the internet for things like shopping and ordering prescriptions on line, still has no broadband after 3 months, despite numerous promises by @VodafoneUK that it will be fixed. Awful service

    Trying to change a payment date for your direct debit with @VodafoneUK is the most impossible thing , the service is absolutely shocking I am cancelling my contract in December
