    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK I have ordered a phone upgrade. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but I have not yet received my handset loan agreement. I have asked for it twice more but I still haven't had it. If I don't send it back my order will be cancelled (not my fault) Help please

    @VodafoneUK Hi, i have had an issue since the contract started where text messages send to the recipient 4 times when only sent once and now the issues with lack of signal and internet abroad. I have called up in the past but just been asked to restart the phone.

    @ourcountrysgone @grieve51166 Oh dear @VodafoneUK If only I had known this before I took out a contract two weeks ago. Never mind, I have a good memory and when it’s up I will be sure to check out if other providers are also abusing their customers money, and vote with my feet.

    @VodafoneUK I did and cancelled it like it was asked for me to do on the chat. They told me when I had cancelled it to return to the chat and they would compensate me for the money I have lost and now they are saying they can’t. Very poor customer service indeed!

    @samlegend @VodafoneUK Hi Sam, if your handset is locked to the Vodafone network, you will need to speak with Vodafone directly to enable them to unlock this device. Sadly, we do not have the required systems to action this for you. - MPD

    @VodafoneUK any way of contacting an actual human to speak about the fact you have took insurance payments for 1.5yrs without wanting insurance! Poor service and unable to find someone to sort this.!
