    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK Vi customer support was zero .all ways false promises givn to customer..Plan is okey but when compare to other companies..(jio/Airtel).. benifits provide less. Like dialler tone.. miss call alert pack.Thats main reason i port out to VI..VI meens Luto Or Jada Luto.

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK O2 has always been good for me and there are plenty stores to visit if there's a problem, never convinced by these smaller unknown companies do they have stores?

    @VodafoneUK getting sick and tired of not being able to get hold of anyone to discuss my issue with trade in. It’s getting beyond a joke. No platform is answering so I can get help. No I can’t use trade in tool there is a problem with it. Getting annoyed now.

    Gets worse! @VodafoneUK 28 days late useless customer service, no urgency, evthg 48hr wait- hrs & hrs on phone cos their mistake- can’t work from home in lockdown- Don’t use Vodafone, quick to get you in then leave you hanging #vodafonecomplaint #vodafoneprobs #vodafoneunhappy

    @VodafoneUK why have you decided to deactivate my sim before i even receive the new one? Had to wait on hold for 2 hours to receive tech advise which has not worked. #useless @CPWTweets can i just cancel?

    @VodafoneUK is there a problem with broadband in the Manchester area? Completely gone off and had terrible internet for 2 weeks now. Great for working from home 🤔 time to change providers I think👎
