    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK I went through the Insurance Claim again as couldnt do it in store at all as needs to go through the manager. 2 reps or ? Put there phone down on me and next your system crashed.

    @VodafoneUK @jackptyler335 Stop having people check your network status through your website. This map only shows the area your network covers, and this has nothing to do with the fact that you may have a problem with signal quality.

    @VodafoneUK I have ordered Vodafone broadband and 4 sim cards, I received 4 sim cards two days ago, but the sim cards have no service, I have been trying to activate the sim cards with no luck and trying contacting your dm service it useless
