    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK No warning that my brother had went over his limit , charged him £53 , fair enough !! But then threaten to stop his service while we’re in this pandemic !!! Absolute disgrace of a company !!!!

    @VodafoneUK ordered sim Friday experience so far is the myvodaphone doesn’t work the esim has not arrived and the customer service is 1 hr to pick up and then get cut off before anything is resolved.

    @AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon Thats nice bit how about stop ripping off vunerbale customers and start clsoing down accounts when they ask for it instead of Then billing them without sending out bills for nearly 1yr while in pandemic. Disgracfull company and ceo doesnt respond to company failings !
