@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK I sent a DM yesterday as I have been having over two weeks of issues getting a data connection on my Apple Watch. The customer service has been incredibly bad, and it seems to continue on here. They said hello on the DM and then ignored my issue. What’s going on??

@Eddystone506 @VodafoneUK Mobile signal providers are not contractually obliged to provide a mobile phone signal.. London is not exempt from this obligation. I know this because I had to buy out a telephone contract with said company for their inability to provide a mobile phone signal at our home….
