    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK tried to request a Network Unlock code and get email response saying oops you need to have been using your sim for at least 30 days. It has been 30 days! Help

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for 18 years my number starts 07834 I can say to you guys never let me down the only network to work “properly” in the Peak District so no need to “blush” just keep up the good work (bit pissed off u are charging me £2 a day when I go to Europe)

    @VodafoneUK I was miss sold my contract. It is impossible to talk to anyone at Vodafone. I am outraged and frustrated And after 25 years ready to move to a better organise network. The customer service has been shocking. No way to treat customers

    @VodafoneUK I have honestly never in my life found it harder to actually speak to someone at a service provider. Over an hour going round the houses with the moronic Tobi assistant, calling customer services and getting no response. I just want to take out a contract 😬
