    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    Hi @VodafoneUK I signed up to a new contract yesterday on the basis I would receive a £8 trade in discount but now have a txt from you saying my phone doesn’t qualify. Why was I not told this prior to signing when checks were made in my phone. How do I cancel.

    Fob off after fob off. Absolutely exasperated with the rubbish service from @VodafoneUK. 🚩 Ordered for delivery in 3-5 days, it’s been 9 days. 🚩 Promised delivery on Monday, it still hasn’t left the warehouse. 🚩 Was assured an update within 48 hours, no update received.

    @VodafoneUK I can’t check until I’m back in the uk tomorrow as every time I use my phone it’s costing me £6 a day and then my phone is being restricted. If it doesn’t work tomorrow how quickly can I get my signal restored? I assume with a new sim?

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I ordered 2 Google Pixel 6 phones in Cloudy Black colour in-store on Friday 26 November using the pay for your phone in one go option. I haven't heard anything back after the initial order confirmation email and money has been already taken. Please help.

    @BBCWorld @BBCNews My iPhone 12 on a Vodafone 5G plan uses 3G everyday at some point or other! So if it’s phased out would I then not have a signal at all where this currently occurs? @VodafoneUK
