    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK What a scam your very me rewards are. Tried to book the Vue tickets on Saturday and there were issues with the booking system so my codes were voided and no tickets for me. Customer service doesn't work weekends and the movie is tomorrow. I have now spent more time

    @VodafoneUK so you cancel suresmart. My 77 yo father is expected to work out the alternatives by online chat because they refuse to speak to him. He has no signal at all now from home and the chat bot is useless and rude. I’ve tried helping but I am recommending he cancels.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the fast reply, that's good to hear but I'm still disappointed that Vodafone lied to me to get my money. I will find a new provider next year. I know it's not your fault CSA's so sorry for the language but your bosses need to know we are unhappy with this crap.

    @VodafoneUK Not Cool Charging people for roaming aboard, It was much better without the charges and that it helped the customer even more with no Charges for 24 monthly contract holder or any contract monthly holder with you This is now show you want to lose customer #shameful

    @VodafoneUK why follow the pack and become greedy by taking away free roaming. You are in so many countries round the world and it costs you nothing more to allow the UK free roaming on your network. Don't lie and insult us by claiming differently. Poor show vodafone
