  @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

  Hi @VodafoneUK I signed up to a new contract yesterday on the basis I would receive a £8 trade in discount but now have a txt from you saying my phone doesn’t qualify. Why was I not told this prior to signing when checks were made in my phone. How do I cancel.

  @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

  @VodafoneUK I'm having issues with s crypto wallet that was attached to a mobile number I use specifically for crypto. Vodafone turned the phone off due to 90 days of inactivity to which I was not aware this happened. I need an email address I can send my requirements to.

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

  @VodafoneUK #youtube My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.
