@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@WWarped @ollie1692 @VodafoneUK Just check as although it's showing no internet connection, google and other apps are working on the WiFi just not the big ones that are down at the moment like Facebook, WhatsApp, insta etc

@VodafoneUK I am absolutely sick of the lack of customer service I am receiving regarding the network issues on my BRAND NEW PHONE!!! Oh and it’s a brand new sim too!!!!! I just need to speak to someone on the phone please!
