@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

Looks like @VodafoneUK have changed the way their contracts work? My friend is paying outrageous £40+pcm despite it ending Oct 2021. Gone are the days you pay off your handset and just pay for the SIM + data/calls? Your signal is not very good either and I live in London...

Anyone thinking of moving to @VodafoneUK - don’t bother. Had the worst experience with them this week, brand new phone and brand new SIM card - SIM still not working 9 days on. Been told to wait 24 hours on 6 occasions. renaming them Throwdafone…. Straight out the window.

And I hate modern day customer service 🥲 round and round on a chat bot, then a real person chat when all you just want is a 10minute friendly chat to clarify some information and potentially get a new contract? Why is it so difficult, can't be good for business @VodafoneUK

@sheila_gooner @VodafoneUK Sheila where are they flying into? Some airports have Ukrainian help points and are apparently distributing the SIM cards there.
