    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Not impressed that you've pulled the free wifi on the London Underground with ZERO notice less than two months after my renewal. Can I cancel my agreement as this is surely a material change in your advertised services?

    @VodafoneUK @GourmetSociety @VodafoneUK reduced my broadband - it kept cutting in and out and going slow. And suspended my landline. Why ? Because I had reached a call charge limit on my landline that I didn’t know existed, the charges have been paid by DD, I never refused to pay. VERY Nasty company.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks to Iona who has tried to help. But been informed not to even discuss my complaint. Great customer service. I want my credit file cleared. You've already waived the debt I disputed but won't rectify this injustice. This needs sorting. Someone of authority needs to call me
