@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

Hi @VodafoneUK I signed up to a new contract yesterday on the basis I would receive a £8 trade in discount but now have a txt from you saying my phone doesn’t qualify. Why was I not told this prior to signing when checks were made in my phone. How do I cancel.

@VodafoneUK We need help pls. hubby’s phone not receiving calls but can make them. He has full bars of 4G reception. Spoken to 2 Vodafone reps who have both reset line but still no calls come through. Have done all troubleshooting - We are abroad and needing to receive calls!!

Just spent an hour trying to subscribe to @VodafoneUK internet and their website is fighting me at every turn. Just fully stuck now, just like most times i try to top up my phone. Hardly a good advert for their web service. Reached the end of my tether, gonna look at Sky now.
