    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK I have made several calls today and all the recipients have not been able to hear me and said it’s a really bad line. I have full network bars - are there any known issues?

    @VodafoneUK annual upgrade promise ? How come not eligible for this anymore, despite being told I was since December. Terms says iPhone 12 purchased between October 2020 and a March 2021. I purchased it in December 2020. Disgruntled customer here being told ETF has to be paid

    @John1986ire @VodafoneUK Up across all of them. Gone with cheaper before, learned it's better stick to the big 3 or 4 who own the network and not piggyback, just accept it's all annoying and you're getting screwed but at least you've coverage to complain about it. Buy your phone outright, and SIM only.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I am facing same issue every week & losing 2-3 days of broadband which impacting my WFH ability significantly. I had made mistake to have provisioned your services. I don’t need your services & copy paste answers.

    Hi @VodafoneUK, my 80yo Mum has recently had full fibre installed - Internet is 100%, but landline is just not working. 7 times out of 10 inbound calls do not ring and go to VM - which shouldn't even be active on full fibre and cannot be accessed. CS has been poor. A little help?

    @VodafoneUK not a great look for your customer support that last 4 days you've been 'experiencing technical difficulties' .... It's even worse to learn you're cutting off 3G when frequently in Brighton (yes that small remote fishing village) that's the only signal I have -WHAT?
