    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK we've had no broadband for 11 days. No one can help, no one returns our calls. They keep saying 24 hours and it will be sorted. We've had hours of online chat and calls to tech. We've had a BT engineer out and still nothing. Unbelievably terrible service 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz a customer for over 20 years. Two business lines hacked this evening. Request to move to payasyougo and added premium lines. 2 hours on web chat and told you have no idea what happened? Can someone explain please

    DO NOT USE @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup FOR BROADBAND!! They will leave you without internet for 8 days because their engine can not fit a router correctly, and won’t give you compensation!! Poor customer service!

    @VodafoneUK I changed ISP from BT to Vodafone on 21st Dec and still not connected due to your and BT openreach incompetence. My phone line is fine (a bit engineer has visited and said it was fine). We get no mobile signal. I work from home and my wife is pregnant. Sort it out!

    @bronwenmurphy @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I was on 3 when they first started, only person in Colombia with a signal lol, as i travelled UK, hit and miss, tried EE, never again, tried Vfone, now been with 3 for 6 years, paying £11 for unlimited on business (which you should be eligible) have a butchers 👍

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @vodafoneuknews Now 47 days of waiting for £hundreds you owe me, weeks of being told to wait 24 hours, multiple times told it would be sorted, lost count of how many times its been escalated. Unbelievably poor customer service for such a big company.
