@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

Hey @EE so, its quite clear youve sold my number to third parties & its driving me nuts. You're Actually allowing 3rd party scammers to call your customers phones constantly. And @VodafoneUK your just as bloody bad because these HM Revinue and customs scammers are on your Network

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK See: "Vodafone does not apply traffic management to customers on the Max Unlimited plan and so there should have been no reason for Mr XXXXX (Covered to protect Privacy) to experience better speeds via a VPN than he did when connecting directly to the Vodafone network."
