    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK Are you aware that you have the worst customer support...! Trying to transfer commercial broadband account to new owner.. 3 hours 20 min on the phone. Each agency says something else. So regret switching to your company.

    Just got off phone with @VodafoneUK complaints dept. It was advised @OpenreachHelp has no resourcing to do a survey before civils in front of my property with fibre connected right in front of my property. They will cut me as a customer. Wow...4 months still. Seriously?
