    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK trying to use the trade in tool but getting stuck on the page where it requires a photo of my screen, despite having allowed the app access to my camera. Have re tried multiple times and still not working. Pls help

    @VodafoneUK my wife has just spent 1.5hrs on phone to your call centre. Finally offered a new contract(we are existing customers) and then got told “there’s no engineers just call back tomorrow “ wtf? We don’t need an engineer we are connected. You are the worst
