    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    So after a month of speaking to @VodafoneUK social media they use the excuse of ‘maintenance’ in my area for the continuous lack of signal for over a year now, @Ofcom is this reasonable for having no signal at home when their online system says I should have lots?

    @VodafoneUK Yes, I rang to cancel from Sky on Friday but wasn't given very long to change providers. Did call Sky but unfortunately they couldn't help. Central Heating broke so now I'm cold and no phone or broadband too. When it rains it pours hey. Thank you for responding

    @VodafoneUK Been on the phone over 2 hours to @VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz they disconnected 4 lines in error for 5 days. Spent hours on the phone chasing and the sent of the bills to the collections team. Even through we set up the billing. What is happening with the service

    @DeanSpencerArt @VodafoneUK It’s a dying practise isn’t it, corporations servicing the paying customers that LITERALLY keep them in business. I’m tired of it too man, not a single one of them gives a flying **** anymore. Hope it gets fixed soon for you! They were always useless even when I was in the UK!

    @VodafoneUK It would be good if you offered new deals to existing customers. I am now paying £29 a m9nth for broadband but you are offering new customers £22, I have been a customer for years
