@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK I am fed up with losing my interney connection. Try to watch All4, lose connection, try to connect to NOW, the same. I wouldn't mind its not even raining. I pay for landline broadband and mobile and get a crap service. Can't complain to a real person. Rubbish firm.

@VodafoneUK am on vodafone PAYG 1 SIM and was just charged 80 pence for sending a message. I had £9.00 but it went down to £8.20 balance. I thought messages were 20p per message?

@VodafoneUK @GuardianLabs everybody out there never ever buy a phone or contract through @VodafoneUK . They are a con company who send you dodgy phones and when they break they don’t want to know and mess you around. Trust me guys don’t bother. Atrocious service and no customer care principles.
