    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK While my wife was in hospital @vodafoneUK talked her into changing her tariff. She went from 1GB data to something like 25GB despite never going over her 1GB. She said she got confused and thought she had to do it. She left them and reduced her bill by £15 pm once she came home.

    @maccaspacca1 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is often the most frustrating aspect of it. You know the poor person dealing is as impotent as you are to take action. I try to be patient with them, but the policies in place make them the whipping boys.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK try dealing with British Gas and a crossed meter..... privately owned utilities should be fined if they can't deal with your problem.... it's so hard and time consuming to deal with them

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Instead of making him speak to a blasted bot do the decent thing DM a direct number so he gets to speak with a manager. This is far too serious & upsetting for an automated service. You need to offer compensation & an apology for poor service distress & inconvenience caused ASAP

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I am an ex-customer of their's from some years ago. On the occasions I needed customer assistance I found it helpful to know a few of their staff who used the same pub. Left to their corporate channels I think I'd still be waiting for a solution now.

    @richarde26 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Lasting Power of Attorney is a fine idea - but when the other party to a contract doesn't listen or accept your explanations - or worst of all their Bot doesn't include that as one of their categories - you are still stymied.
