    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    I genuinely think @VodafoneUK are the worst company. Had the worst experience with them this year, and particularly these past two weeks. As soon as my contract is up I’m leaving, so will my uncle & I’ll be getting all my friends to do so too! Such a joke.

    Absolutely shocking all round service from @VodafoneUK insurance . Replacement phone arrived damaged and now they say another claim has to be made . Disgraceful! Please think twice before making a claim ! 😡

    @VodafoneUK what a terrible company! You couldn’t install your system yet charged me. Eventually I get my money back but now you are demanding more payments for a service I’ve never received

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service received today. Cancelled broadband in July and continued taking payments. Refusing to refund the money even though they can tell me they can see at their end that I haven't used the service since June. Shocking!!!!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Tom it doesn’t seem logical that the pricing can be so different. It’s very frustrating having to call again. Clearly @VodafoneUK aren’t bothered about customer loyalty. #disappointed
