@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK Good quality service and friendly over the phone staff would be brilliant! I’ve been a loyal customer for Over 15 years and I’ve never felt valued...and I’ve always paid my bills on time! As for the rewards what a load of rubbish either no codes left or you have to travel to far!
