    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Can you tell me why my wife isn't able to reactivate her YouTube Premium subscription when we upgraded as we made sure we still have an Entertainment Pack.Whenever you send the link it doesn't work. Just takes us back to YouTube without putting Premium on. Sort it out

    @VodafoneUK I am using UK SIM for 8 weeks in Philippines. Media and Vodafone app do not work properly. I have 72 screenshots showing failures of connection and misunderstanding of agents. Agents are not equipped to deal with uk customer services issues.

    @andstillirise57 @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK Ive had at least 5 of these scam texts, all from different numbers, and Im not on Vodaphone. There should be an easier way to report a scam text. Mark Rober (see YouTube) has been trying to bring down call centres who make scam calls.

    @VodafoneUK I have done everything to get strongest network. Why was I not told this by uk customer services. I now have grounds for compensation on the basis advice was wrong and clearly conflicts with your advice now
