    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I signed up to a new contract yesterday on the basis I would receive a £8 trade in discount but now have a txt from you saying my phone doesn’t qualify. Why was I not told this prior to signing when checks were made in my phone. How do I cancel.

    @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

    @BenGrahamUK Well that’s me never buying any sims for me and my family from @vodafone @VodafoneUK ever again. My Vodafone broadband will be cancelled tomorrow, plenty of providers offering to pay cancellation fees.
