@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

@pen_fold @VodafoneUK I’ve switched to Vodafone full fibre installed by City fibre on 4th April 23 and still no broadband .. customer service is terrible , numerous calls to tech support and just fobbed off

@VodafoneUK Anyone had issues with Vodafone full fibre broadband using the city fibre ? Had mine installed 04-04-23 and 14 days later and no broadband being told by Vodafone it’s a city fibre issue , City fibre saying it’s a Vodafone issue awful customer service …

@VodafoneUK Having contacted Social Media team direct my wife has been told they can't help! She's spent hours trying to stay with Vodafone but nobody can give her the deal they offered her - how ridiculous is that? Looks like @lebara will gain another customer shortly.

@VodafoneUK pro2 ordered. Openreach install yesterday. No activation for internet or backup 4g. Hung up on as tech support can’t fix it. I’m patient and happy with them - but I’m losing both. Nobody can work here until it’s fixed. #togetherwecant

Very frustrating time dealing with @VodafoneUK - cannot add more data for use abroad until contract expires in July bc it's old type of contract. I'm travelling in May. Didn't know this when taking out the contract. Their solution? Buy a sim card from someone else. Go figure.
