@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

@VodafoneUK appalling service! Is it correct a NUK code cannot be received or applied if outside of UK? Rendering my phone useless. Have you not heard of Covid/ lockdowns etc. Family bereavement to deal with and had to buy a new phone. Abyssmal service!

@VodafoneUK yet again I find myself complaining 8 times I have been let down in 8 weeks I had a phone supposedly repaired yet its returned with same issues plus 2 more! Yet again I've been promised a repair bag for it not to arrive within specified time last one took 4 weeks!!!!!

@VodafoneUK I’m disgusted. My elderly mother has just called your customer services to check a request was valid and make sure it wasn’t a scam and I’ve had her on the phone to me in tears as the woman she spoke to was so rude and dismissive. How can I get this addressed

@VodafoneUK Can you look at recent transcripts? I am still currently trying to sort my contract but it just feels so complicated, and I get really bad anxiety dealing with things like this. I just want to leave and there are just fees on fees to change. Every time I try I feel like I can't
