@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

@O2 Hi, looking for a global solution including at least as many countries as @VodafoneUK do in their Zone A/B/C. Unless this is offered as a minimum, no price would make me switch. Service is important. For airline crews travelling, we need more countries covered, at standard speeds

@VodafoneUK why are the offers on your site not available on your chat live box (on your website) when the site says to contact the live chat team due to errors? I've had 2 SIM offers now that I want to upgrade to but when I try to they get revoked and the price goes up!

Anybody who's thinking of going with @VodafoneUK for your broadband needs, just don't. Unless, of course, you really like having no Internet connection for literally weeks on end, getting the same response from L1 support forever because you're actually in Purgatory. Useless.

@VodafoneUK How? I've been told compensation can be sought only after the issue is fixed? You've offered me unlimited data on my phones... but they are already unlimited. I don't think it is a serious issue. I think it's #bandwidth. The #WiFi drops out at the same time every evening

Let's talk about the terrible service received from @VodafoneUK upgraded contract 3 months ago!! Yes 3 months!! Being made to Pay for a phone I still haven't received!!! Countless complaints later and still no resolution. 🙄
