    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @bbcTeaching @VodafoneUK I’ve never really had network issues with @ThreeUK They’ve always been fair come upgrade time too.

    Completely unable to top-up mobile WiFi data package with @VodafoneUK . Terrible website made worse by the worst customer service I've experienced. Apparently there is NO ONE able to speak to me on the phone to help. Will never use again

    @VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

    @VodafoneUK You cant you take the orders because of greed. Hey steve after it all i waited a month. Was promised a free month I got **** all but 15 quid for hanging around. Not to be trusted ever.

    Yeah @VodafoneUK I've been with you guys 4 years or so but I'll make it very clear that once this contract ends I'm out I can't take it no more has to be one of the worst company's I've been with for sometimes and that makes me very sad #endofanera 🙄🙄🙄🙄

    @VodafoneUK Since October about POOR NETWORK- I got two accounts and pay significant amount of pay And today’s service is SIMPLY DISAPPOINTING- after over 1 hour conversation-transferred 3 departments and at last hanged up the phone without solving the poor!!! #poorcustomerservice _Vodafone
