    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK how on earth can your system not notice 2 separate plans under the same name & address. Cancelled existing plan to switch to cheaper plan. Existing plan not cancelled by you so been paying for 2 plans, now you want a termination fee. Appalling customer service😡

    @VodafoneUK Waiting to get my device picked up with courier. So a faulty phone, given to me and now I will be hugely inconvenienced so your team can fix the faulty phone. Not good enough. If you cannot provide a curtesy phone, I should be getting a direct swap of a new, fully working phone!

    Trying to talk @VodafoneUK , see if they can offer SIM only deal. Been with them 15 years, but now much cheaper options out there that include #EU #roaming. 15 minutes of hold "music". Then the call cut off. Looks like the customer retentions team don't want to retain customers

    @VodafoneUK I have two very old Vodafone purchased and locked phones I wish to recycle and require the PUK for. I am no longer a Vodafone customer (but do use Voxi). How would I obtain these? I already have the NUC for each phone
