    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK She’s used all these,except Twitter. . She has unlimited data on her phone, until internet box at end of the road is fixed, to work. Phone not working at her home, Not a problem, apparently. This needs help from one good person. Please give a named contact for her to ring

    @VodafoneUK exactly how many times does my vulnerable mother in law have to contact you asking for her NUC? She has filled in forms, been given reference numbers, told it will definitely be given by the 22/01...your customer service is a disgrace!

    @VodafoneUK She doesn't have a social media account she has used the online chat option several times, has completed the online NUC form, had a reference number given but her code never arrives? This has been going on for about two months now......

    Hi @VodafoneUK. Waiting 6 weeks for you to connect my home broadband. Spent over £100 on extra data. DM’d, rang countless times and been on hold for hours. Today offered a mobile dongle... if I pay £35. Laughable! @OpenreachHelp are waiting for you to sort your **** out.

    @VodafoneUK I cannot believe that through all the inconvenience I have had so far and the issue I'm having which incidentally has left me with out a phone altogether your now saying "sorry here's ten pounds off your bill". frankly disgusting.
