@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK My broadband hasn’t been working for about a month now. I can’t run my business from home currently. I can’t watch sky TV which I still have to pay for and Vodafone are still charging me. I’ll get £8.40/ day compensation, if they ever fix it (just been delayed another week)

@VodafoneUK Tbh, I prefer to do everything in writing rather than calling again and again with the same issue . Your team is in a customer service role but doesn't follow the instructions from a customer? So far, vodafone has breached its contract, provides substandard customer service (1)
