To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

Why was I not told this prior to signing when checks were made in my phone. How do I cancel.

I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.

Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

John Cook (@gerddinythfa) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My sincere sympathies for your loss and the unnecessary problems. When my Mum passed, everyone, BT, Sky, OVO, were brilliant, compassionate and there to minimise the hassle. Luckily she wasn’t a Virgin customer. Shame on them.
