Why was I not told this prior to signing when checks were made in my phone. How do I cancel.

To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless
