    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK I can’t upgrade due to a problem with the system. I have gone through the process I’m sick of doing this only to be bounced around different departments! I have been into the store and they said that there is three profiles on my account .

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 I spent hours trying to get this sorted yesterday through live chat but none of the teams I was transferred to or told to contact were any help. And what's the point of having a Twitter feed if it takes 48 hours to respond? As a customer of over 20 years I'm unimpressed😠
