    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK it seems weird that Uswitch have cheaper and better deals then what you can offer. But they use your site and network how strange. Not paying 1gig of data for £8 please look at this.

    @VodafoneUK @neilio_uk @VodafoneUK can you please direct me to where I can claim £15 back from my bill (the price of the WiFi pass) or alternatively can you please direct me to how I can cancel my contract. I assume since you have broken your contract there will be no fee for me exiting.

    @VodafoneUK Ok so I sent *my* postcode - but postcode with signal error in original tweet. Also when I sent DM I got into auto-bot hell which isn't helpful. (Other areas of hove inc. home & local area really bad too with occasional good spots. Band 20 overload am guessing)

    @VodafoneUK can you help me get WiFi Calling working on a Note 20 Ultra please. Was enabled on my S10+ so my subscription has it, but not even a menu option on my new phone.
