    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK I am surprised you are asking me like it is a personal issue, when all of the sites regarding whether a service is suffering an outage indicates that Vodafone is suffering an outage, based on user reports, and has been since 8pm. Your internet is down and it has been for 2-hours

    @alsuser @Tacos2sc @VodafoneUK For a website like down detector to have over 200 reports in the last 2 hours - you can expect the number of people suffering an outage to be 1,000s of times more than that. How many know the website, how many would report, I haven't reported the problem, so to get 200 is a LOT.

    @VodafoneUK What's going on with the signal,my phone keeps saying emergency calls only then it's full signal,then it's half then it's emergency calls only again,I've moved around my whole house even went outside,it's been fine all day but last hour or two it's going crazy?

    @VodafoneUK I worked out my hotspot problem though, had to unplug the ethernet cable and then it worked...odd issue.
