@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

@Angus_Duncan @tartanterrior I did think 5G was pretty rubbish in town - but I put that down to my notwork provider, who saw fit to charge me £51 for 15 minutes to a toll free number in 🇨🇦 and then stop my account without telling me as I was over a credit limit I didn’t know about! I’m leaving @VodafoneUK ..

@VodafoneUK another cancelled engineer appointment meaning we are now 6 weeks past our given installation date with no Internet. Top it all off apparently the best you can do is a other one in 2 weeks. This is shocking service.
