    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK I finally got through at about 8.25 - so only the 4 hour process. All your staff are wonderful (Olivia today, Georgia last week) but your chatbot/systems are disgracefully bad. I'm sure it's deliberate, but that doesn't make it any less annoying!

    @VodafoneUK : "when your contract ends we wont charge you more" also Vodafone: *charges £17 a month more for 3 years* subsequently Vodafone: "we'll give you a refund of £9.99 for 3 years" Vodafone a week later: "we will cancel the £50pm DD"

    @VodafoneUK We tried DM chat weeks ago but it took 48+ hrs to get a response, I’m currently in D/W your technical team and have been for the last 40 mins. 🤞🏻for a solution

    @aviosAdventurer @VodafoneUK Not the cheapest network, but I thoroughly recommend EE. All contact centres in the UK & IE. Nothing outsourced.

    @GuyWMD @VodafoneUK I’ve ironically gone to TalkMobile, which piggy backs off of Vodafone. I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for 8 years, but after their horrific business practice recently, I’m cancelling everything I have with them. Their customer service is atrocious too

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been calling for days. Each team knows less than the other one what they are supposed to be doing. Oh and then after hanging on for an hour or so. You get cut off. You must know this. It’s either ineptitude beyond belief or a strategy. Sorry, just trying to help.

    @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya Yes, I have spent almost four hours of calls and online chats in the last week and nobody listens or does what they say!!! I am fed up of having to relay the problem. I want this sorted!

    @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK trying to sign up via your website and it keeps telling me my postcode isnt valid. This is why I havent signed up before because I couldn’t overcome the site telling me by postcode didn’t exist when it clearly does! Can you sort for me please and help me switch?

    You can tell how valued you are as a customer by escalating to management about a concern you have @VodafoneUK and no reply. I think I’ve been more than patient so today as I’ve requested a PAC code to search for another deal. New phone sorted. Would not recommend Vodafone.
