@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK For anyone else following along, the solution is to immediately say to the bot that the reason for your call is "make a complaint." Unsurprisingly, you get to speak to a human almost immediately and they'll solve your problem.

@VodafoneUK @UnaCottrell There must be an issue. I am in Cheshire and the wife has been down for over an entire day. I have run all the regular diagnostics I can do from my end with no results and the hub has both solid green lights , it’s connected to all devices fine through WiFi but no internet.

Hey @VodafoneUK - what’s the deal when someone is on a contract with you, moves house, and has no mobile signal from your network in the new house? Postcode won’t show it (covers a large area).
