@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK it would be helpful if you could keep customers informed of the fibre break in Kings Lynn which is causing an outage for a 1000 customers? 1.30 on the phone today with misinformation stating my contract had ended and that’s why I had been disconnected! Please improve
