    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK @Gcl101 @Fentoon James, George is correct, and you’re not listening. I get 4G everywhere with 4 or 5 bars, but it doesn’t work. Never does and has been going on for months. I’m off to EE when my contract ends soon.

    @Design_andMedia @VodafoneUK Get used to it. They are the WORST company when it comes to cust services. Incompetent staff. Take your money real quick but take HOURS to help when needed.

    @xeepo @VodafoneUK Oh Vodafone broadband. Is it the traditional broadband via Openreach infrastructure, or the new Vodafone Gigafast? I hear that Vodafone still have dubious customer service, but so do most of the competition. I've had major customer service problems with both Talktalk and Virgin.
