    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    I know technically I can’t upgrade for 27 DAYS but really as a long standing customer you would think @VodafoneUK would have some flexibility, rather than just keep cutting me off. Not happy. It’s 27 DAYS not weeks.

    @VodafoneUK I’m having terrible problems with my signal in Llandudno area. I can make calls but nobody can hear me!!! This has been going on for weeks maybe even months now. Is there any update as to when it will be fixed?

    Any idea @VodafoneUK why signal has gone so bad now in the last few months??? Used to have full signal and 4G in the SA66 7 area of north pembrokeshire, now hardly anything!!! 😤😡
