    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK 1 of 2. We are now into week 6 of either no or slow broadband with no positive action being taken. All of our neighbours affected by the same outage were reconnected by their providers, at their previous speeds, two weeks ago. Please send an engineer.

    @VodafoneUK hi switched from sky to yourselves last week but speaking to sky they say they haven’t been asked to cancel my broadband with them so I’m still being charged. Can you look into what went wrong? Ta

    @VodafoneUK I've been paying for 5g since February and have never seen it once! Lucky to get 4g and even then, signal is unreliable.

    Ugh I love going through @VodafoneUK broadband app chat cause it's detected a fault, but the bloody broadband won't stay on for long enough to sort the issue 🤬

    @VodafoneUK 2 of 2. Furthermore, we have still not received the promised compensation from an outage in June. Neither of these issues are acceptable.

    @VodafoneUK after two and a half hours of holding, I get through to an operator most likely working from home with a bad signal. Then they loose connection. Why do you they not call you back? Do I have call back and hold or can someone arrange to call me?

    Not one to do this usually but @VodafoneUK are really displaying appalling customer service ,almost at the point of calling @Ofcom !
