@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK I have left Vodaphone and today tried to pay my final bill of around £66. This is how it went 1. Get email saying they are contacting me again for the money. Never been contacted before. 1. Try to go into my Vodaphone to pay. Account gone.

@VodafoneUK I was promised £20 Credit on my next Bill in my communications/Complaint and looking at my account it has not been credited This was promised in a message from your agent Jay. Not Happy. It was a complaint in the first place!!

@ZimtUberZucker Unfortunately it's way beyond what anyone in @VodafoneUK can even cope with so far, after being on a call for 37 mins and counting. It's so bad it's almost (but not quite) comical.

@VodafoneUK Actually, the one-before-last said something interesting; he said the original agent probably didn't call me back because when they're busy, they're not allowed to make outbound calls. Which seems odd, when you've got an existing customer begging you to take their money.
