    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    Another shocker from @VodafoneUK -disconnected a line into my house in error & the only way to re-instate it is to enter into another 3yr contract!IT'S NOT MY ERROR! No internet now for possibly 30 days - terrible service especially when work and schooling from home! #Vodafone

    Please help @VodafoneUK . You ring to cancel a contract and they tell you to do it online...so you go online to do it and they tell you to ring them!!! What's the answer @VodafoneUK ????????
