@VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

So in Norfolk I have no signal @O2 is crap s & it's affecting my work. Contract is up so switching providers today, parents have a @VodafoneUK booster here so that's my 1st choice but does anyone have any other tips for phone companies with the great signal in rural areas?

@VodafoneUK What you did in Hungary is a shame, in Debrecen, 2nd biggest city, you SWITCHED OFF TV service for ALL analogue TVs, that the old and poor have who can't afford to buy new TVs. You cheated them that a ''mediabox' will do, but it does not work! Now they can't watch TV

@VodafoneUK @Paulmcd61200744 Always sticks with @VodafoneUK every upgrade but his kids are for ever smashing his phone watching YouTube. Hardest working man during the past year doing 18 hour days with 2 jobs,sometimes working 7-9 without a break, never moans. Happy he is helping others

2 days in line to speak with an advisor... what’s going on? @VodafoneUK if you’re too busy, let the clients be able to do things by themselves, without having the need to contact the support... 2 DAYS waiting for an answer! That’s a joke..
