    So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

    Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

    @VodafoneUK now I have no broadband service at all..and you even told me to go to another provider..even though it’s your company that has left me with no Broadband.I still think mis-selling is illegal. I aim to seek compensation for lost work.

    @VodafoneUK so,you signed me up to your broadband,set an activation date,went live..then realised you never took over my landline. Then told me it’s all “open reach’s fault and you can’t actually provide broadband in my area.

    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

    Had no choice but to go back to @VodafoneUK. I've not even got my new phone up and running and already hit massive issues! Absolutely no surprise whatsoever! I now have no working mobile on a network and I have 2 handsets in front of me! Just as diabolical as I expected.

    I’ll be happy to tell @VodafoneUK to **** right off with their 8% price increase. Luckily I can do that straight away. I’d have paid that if the service was representative of the cost. All they’re doing is lining the big bosses pockets once again. I sincerely hope they go under.

    Customer service done right Vs wrong. @virginmedia decreases contract by 16% and increases webspeed. @VodafoneUK increases bill by 9.3% unless I pay over £400 to leave. I know where I'll be sticking at the end of the terms.
