  @VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Firstly raise a complaint via the credit reference agency - Equifax, Experian et al as they’ll be able to force Vodafone to review your credit file and make right. Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .
