An hour and a half for that! It’s sorted now but painful experience to say the least. Thanks.

With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

Coast but I discovered that all funds collected are returned to the centre for re-distribution.
