@VodafoneUK have spent over 8hours on the phone with your customer service. Our 5G only gets 20mb vs the 200mb you quoted and you want me to go without internet for 5 days working from home instead of offering an interim solution!

@VodafoneUK Hi there. Submitted a complaint to your Customer Relations team which you acknowledged on 20/1/21 saying you would respond within 5 days but heard nothing. Sent a chaser on 29/1...still nothing. Been a customer for years! Help!

@VodafoneUK Thanks. I have arranged the return. It took a 56min chat session! Total of my time at least 100mins. This is the worst return process I have had in years. Why don't you make it easier. Have a web page where I can request an authorisation, like other companies.

@VodafoneUK I was using friend's wi-fi on Friday so could not stay online indefinitely -so went home where I have absolutely NO services at all.Thanks a bunch @VodafoneUK still no answers from Customer Service. This is a nightmare experience -being cut off in a pandemic after heart surgery.
