    @VodafoneUK No worries- should add the times to the call :) It's just a quick one. Was offerd £200 & 25% tariff discount as compensation last year. Long story short the upgrade that was planned never materialised as the costs drastically increased. I asked if it could be carried forward

    @VodafoneUK Cheaper to buy it on 0% direct from Samsung, trade in your old Samsung and get more money off, get a cheap sim only from another network and save 💰

    @VodafoneUK I spoke to someone on the phone and they couldn't help and i told him i would be trying another company and all he suggested was i pay £125 to end my contract and get a sim only deal not sure how that was meant to help
