    @VodafoneUK We've had 2 Openreach engineers visit and fail to connect our broadband service. We are now 5 days and counting since our broadband was due to be activated. Numerous calls to chase this and we are still no further forward. Not a WFH friendly service!!!

    @VodafoneUK my internet is down, the usb dongle is not working. I called the help desk who told me they had to refer the issue to some other company called City Fibre who would take 72hrs to respond and that the dongle should work, it’s not. I wfh, I can’t wait 72 hours.

    @VodafoneUK your customer web chat process for upgrades is a shambles!! Several transfers just to sort a broadband upgrade and constant queues for each one. Been on for 45 minutes so far and still no closer to upgrading.

    Why ******** am I even with such a useless company who have took over 2 years to ‘resolve’ an issue which FYI isn’t resolved @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK . I want discounts on my upgrade if you want me to stay with you. Wasting so much of my time.

    @VodafoneUK don't buy this rubbish useless broadband. i couldn't attend any meetings all day because of you. you have wasted more than 7 hours of mine and still no resolution
