    @VodafoneUK terrible signal today i was trying to listen to music on the way to the shops, the 5g wouldn't pick up but what got me why didn't the phone go to 4g signal instead.. I pay 39 a month for a top class handset and it can't even decide to pick up the 4g I should have

    @faeriefeet2021 @VodafoneUK AND the desired outcome could have been achieved behind the scenes, but @VodafoneUK insisted on a new SIM card to come by post.. snail mail. God knows when that will arrive, if ever. And we wonder why we have a productivity problem in the UK 🙄

    @SenseVet @VodafoneUK Its the 80/20 rule.. 80% can be done online or self service. It's the rubbish processes for the 20% Not going to criticise the agent.. he did his best & was helpful with refresh links when the page went wobbly.. he was obviously overseas.. clear by his comment about Mail strikes

    @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK since Monday I’ve been waiting for my vodaphone number to port to voxi. Each day I speak to multiple chat agents, repaying the issue. Each day voxi beg for forgiveness and understanding and another 24hours! WHAT IS GOING ON!?! #portmynumber

    @VodafoneUK Hello, we have just done more research into the phone and the phone has been blacklisted by yourselves, we have records that the phone was purchased several years ago - who can we contact to sort this out? We’ve never been Vodafone customers.

    @VodafoneUK You also cut our home broadband after we have over paid aswell, My mum is the account holder, she is here with me, your customer services team have messed her around too much so I'm going to do the talking, I used to be with Vodafone, I know you can fix issues, message me private

    @VodafoneUK Still getting poor/no mobile signal in the Gosforth (Newcastle upon Tyne) area. What's happening with the mast repair? I'm missing calls from customers and losing business! Please sort it out quickly!
