Kafkaesque treatment by #VodafoneUK. I spent hours on the phone asking them not to end my broadband contract and the call centre staff tried to help me but nothing can stop the machine!

@VodafoneUK It’s to take out a broadband account and when it says log into my phone account I then get this constantly, is this due to be resolved soon as 48 hours seems excessive to fix a technical fault, I mean, not really selling your broadband product right now if you can’t fix the fault

@AffordableMob @VodafoneUK please can you help? Wife sent faulty so returned and cancelled and told she remains without her number back for another 2 weeks - (makes total 4 weeks). Surely you can do it quicker?

2/2 Having researched the issue online we believe this is a split port issue that can only be resolved by The Porting Team who only work Mon - Fri. This has left my daughter vulnerable and phoneless in a rural area. Shocking Service from a huge international company! @VodafoneUK
