@ZalaComms @VodafoneUK My neighbour had same problem but with Virgin so he emailed the CEO directly with a complaint. Matter got resolved within 48 hours with engineers tripping over themselves to get the issue sorted out.

@VodafoneUK Hi I know what's going on. The network checker says its undergoing maintenance and SHOULD be back up tomorrow at 6am. Shame that's serves the the whole hospital. Getting the odd single bar showing on my phone. No data and hardly any ability to make calls

@VodafoneUK @AliciaEMoon Just received the same and share the sentiment. @VodafoneUK Isn’t it about time that the telco operators got together to make it easier for users to report and block scams and spam? You could easily deploy AI & RPA to identify and block SPAM being sent across your network.

@VodafoneUK Hi Gemma they've got a landline phone that requires electricity to work so hence not having that at all. Wasn't a complaint about Vodafone (or others) - weather and these things happen! I just wish they'd move somewhere a bit less isolated, where they could be helped more easily
