3 weeks and counting to have my @SamsungMobile Galaxy Note 20 Ultra repaired under warranty by @VodafoneUK is disappointing to say the least, no offer of an equivalent replacement, terrible customer service! Literally hours of time wasted on the phone, most of it on hold! POOR!

@VodafoneUK we’ve been trying to call you all day to cancel a contract but the line hangs up, I’ve spoke to someone on DM who promised to call at 6 but nothing, how difficult can it be to cancel a contract, service is woeful. Get in touch now!
