    @VodafoneUK Absolute rubbish DONT JOIN VODAFONE worst customer service I have ever come across only been with them one month spoke to around 30 agents no one helps rude on phone and on wrong tariffs and now they are trying to cut me off and still cannot get through to anyone.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for getting touch was just unexpected that the secure safe would be assertive over an established gaming community site also my first occurrence of this happening and hadn’t realise I had been opted into this service. I understand the need for the service, just not for me

    @VodafoneUK no follow up call about offering me the mobile broadband free of charge until the 20th or a follow up on my complaint how m left with no broadband until then despite having all the equipment and sending a engineer to do what exactly I already have the modem etc 1/2

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre @VodafoneUK It does show on your website as you can see in the screenshot that I've attached to this thread. Didn't stop your customer service over the phone from telling me I can't have it. After 6 weeks of continuous **** ups.

    @VodafoneUK , shocking customer service, 4 weeks to do a broadband upgrade, never got done . Every time I called "it's a backend issue it will take 3 days" No call backs when promised. I have now cancelled and will never use yourselves again. Would not recommend to anyone !!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK @TalkTalk Good question. Not really- they cancelled my appointment and have rebooked. We now have an engineer coming out- been told if we miss an appointment, we might have to pay a missed appointment charge. Good luck to head office- complaint coming- terrible service

    Absolutely appalling service from @VodafoneUK between you and @TalkTalk you have made renewal process painful and made a complete mess of it inconveniencing us in the process. Best of luck to your engineer (if they turn up this time)

    @VodafoneUK I'm getting constant scam phone calls from numbers beginning with the same 8 digits as my own, at least 5 per day. I block each one but just keep getting more. Is this an issue you are aware of?
