    @VodafoneUK Absolute rubbish DONT JOIN VODAFONE worst customer service I have ever come across only been with them one month spoke to around 30 agents no one helps rude on phone and on wrong tariffs and now they are trying to cut me off and still cannot get through to anyone.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for getting touch was just unexpected that the secure safe would be assertive over an established gaming community site also my first occurrence of this happening and hadn’t realise I had been opted into this service. I understand the need for the service, just not for me

    @NOW If we move from Vodafone to NOW do you cover any exit charges? Repeated quality of service issues with Vodafone. 2 Bt Openreach visits. Still get drop outs every day but they refuse to send new router @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    I’m a vulnerable customer I need to speak to @VodafoneUK about my bills I asked the automated service if I can speak to customer service but it won’t let me I even tried telling it I’m a vulnerable customer the machine replied “I don’t understand” #mondaythoughts
