@VodafoneUK Absolute rubbish DONT JOIN VODAFONE worst customer service I have ever come across only been with them one month spoke to around 30 agents no one helps rude on phone and on wrong tariffs and now they are trying to cut me off and still cannot get through to anyone.

@VodafoneUK just when you’re needed the most - you provide the most awful customer service to a problem that should be so easily solved. Leaving somebody uncontactable, unable to work & forcing them to go to a retail store during Tier 3 restrictions. I despair.

@VodafoneUK worst customer experience I had a pay as you go plan. And I lost my Sim and I got charged every month for the phone Vodafone steals from my bank account every month and they refused to pay me back I will never ever use them again
