    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for getting touch was just unexpected that the secure safe would be assertive over an established gaming community site also my first occurrence of this happening and hadn’t realise I had been opted into this service. I understand the need for the service, just not for me

    @VodafoneUK no follow up call about offering me the mobile broadband free of charge until the 20th or a follow up on my complaint how m left with no broadband until then despite having all the equipment and sending a engineer to do what exactly I already have the modem etc 1/2

    @VodafoneUK you are the worse. I visited the store to cancel my iPad contract to be directed to the online options. After an hour of chatting to an online advisor I have now been directed to the store. You are a joke of a company, terrible customer service

    @VodafoneUK is THE worst network in the country. I’ve been with Three for 14 years and never had an issue, strange circumstance but had to switch, been with Vodafone for 9 hours and phone still isn’t working.!!

    Good news is the CEO’s department seems to be taking my complaint seriously; bad news is I’ve just got an email starting the contract the day before I actually made the transaction. Curious as to the legality of that; one for the discussions with @VodafoneUK tomorrow.

    @VodafoneUK not happy about the service we have received from Metrocentre branch. Left mobile to get stuff transferred over to new phone, they did not contact us to say there was a problem. We went back to store and they said they had not been able to do anything
