    @VodafoneUK Thanks for getting touch was just unexpected that the secure safe would be assertive over an established gaming community site also my first occurrence of this happening and hadn’t realise I had been opted into this service. I understand the need for the service, just not for me

    @vodafoneuk Our Internet is dropping out. Less than a month since the last time I had to spend hours on phone calls and chats due to the same issue. As has happened over and over for months.

    Bravo @VodafoneUK, your customer retention strategy is great. Instead of matching prices from other competitors you have the guts of having your customer to pay even more if they are looking to upgrade, if their contract is not up. Truly genius!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, yes I am, I spoke with someone on the online chat who updated the software and firmware for the router and said it could take a couple hours but it’s been 6/7 hours and it’s still not working :(
