    @VodafoneUK Absolute rubbish DONT JOIN VODAFONE worst customer service I have ever come across only been with them one month spoke to around 30 agents no one helps rude on phone and on wrong tariffs and now they are trying to cut me off and still cannot get through to anyone.

    @VodafoneUK no follow up call about offering me the mobile broadband free of charge until the 20th or a follow up on my complaint how m left with no broadband until then despite having all the equipment and sending a engineer to do what exactly I already have the modem etc 1/2

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK any reason why FTH connection would on have 20mb upload and not 500. Newish install and not expecting 500 yet, but 20 seems like a setup error. Down is around 500

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for getting touch was just unexpected that the secure safe would be assertive over an established gaming community site also my first occurrence of this happening and hadn’t realise I had been opted into this service. I understand the need for the service, just not for me

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded in Sunderland store 28/1/22. Been with Vodafone 20+years and it's the 5th time upgrading here, however this is the 4th time that I've had to wait for my phone. Why does this store never keep ANY stock in? So it's yet ANOTHER travel to collect! 🙄

    @VodafoneUK We are on the 5th engineer visit. I’ve had it’s been connected to wrong box. Vodafone have activated the wrong box. There is a outage at the box. It’s should be working now. Excuse after excuse after excuse. And now ANOTHER engineer visit tomorrow.

    @VodafoneUK my WiFi is down so called for assistance after trying to resolve it over the phone which couldn't work due to not getting any mobile date connection from yourselves hes given me unlimited data untill the issue is fixed which he knows im unable to use.

    @VodafoneUK hi, I need an update on when I can expect mobile signal at my home again. It’s been down since the storms in Scotland on Saturday. The status checker site says there is a network issue but does not provide a timeframe for a fix.
