@VodafoneUK no follow up call about offering me the mobile broadband free of charge until the 20th or a follow up on my complaint how m left with no broadband until then despite having all the equipment and sending a engineer to do what exactly I already have the modem etc 1/2

@VodafoneUK Absolute rubbish DONT JOIN VODAFONE worst customer service I have ever come across only been with them one month spoke to around 30 agents no one helps rude on phone and on wrong tariffs and now they are trying to cut me off and still cannot get through to anyone.

@russty_russ @VodafoneUK It's mad to remember that texting was more than just a craze, it was *the* way to keep in touch away from a PC. Perhaps an illustration of the era, however, would be BBC One's 'Joy Of Text Night' which I vaguely remember for some reason (the poor pun probably lol).

@VodafoneUK Finally got through and someone is calling back on Monday. The problem is external to the property and no one seems able to fix it. In the meantime my elderly mother has lost all internet services since January 25th (your original install date)
