Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@VodafoneUK no follow up call about offering me the mobile broadband free of charge until the 20th or a follow up on my complaint how m left with no broadband until then despite having all the equipment and sending a engineer to do what exactly I already have the modem etc 1/2

Good news is the CEO’s department seems to be taking my complaint seriously; bad news is I’ve just got an email starting the contract the day before I actually made the transaction. Curious as to the legality of that; one for the discussions with @VodafoneUK tomorrow.

@VodafoneUK not happy about the service we have received from Metrocentre branch. Left mobile to get stuff transferred over to new phone, they did not contact us to say there was a problem. We went back to store and they said they had not been able to do anything
