    @VodafoneUK Absolute rubbish DONT JOIN VODAFONE worst customer service I have ever come across only been with them one month spoke to around 30 agents no one helps rude on phone and on wrong tariffs and now they are trying to cut me off and still cannot get through to anyone.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for getting touch was just unexpected that the secure safe would be assertive over an established gaming community site also my first occurrence of this happening and hadn’t realise I had been opted into this service. I understand the need for the service, just not for me

    @VodafoneUK Abroad and can’t access my network unless via Wi-Fi. Confirmed no restrictions through the app but receive a ‘Spend Manager’ text saying the ‘cost would’ve exceeded my limit’ - I don’t have a limit! Totally unacceptable as virtually stranded without access

    @VodafoneUK annual upgrade promise ? How come not eligible for this anymore, despite being told I was since December. Terms says iPhone 12 purchased between October 2020 and a March 2021. I purchased it in December 2020. Disgruntled customer here being told ETF has to be paid

    @VodafoneUK we changed our broadband last month due to a number of service and customer service issues and have now received a text that you'll be taking the money from our account this month. Just spoke to someone on the phone who was so unhelpful, shouted at me and hung up

    @VodafoneUK That's correct. It's not a major issue, but you have a problem with the hyperlink included in the email.

    @VodafoneUK Your online systems are absolutely abysmal. I can't find out the info I want about my account in your badly designed account area, and now the chat assist has broken and wont open. I just want to speak to a real person, and ask a simple question for info.

    @VodafoneUK not a great look for your customer support that last 4 days you've been 'experiencing technical difficulties' .... It's even worse to learn you're cutting off 3G when frequently in Brighton (yes that small remote fishing village) that's the only signal I have -WHAT?
