@VodafoneUK no follow up call about offering me the mobile broadband free of charge until the 20th or a follow up on my complaint how m left with no broadband until then despite having all the equipment and sending a engineer to do what exactly I already have the modem etc 1/2

@VodafoneUK @NameIsRichard Absolute rubbish DONT JOIN VODAFONE worst customer service I have ever come across only been with them one month spoke to around 30 agents no one helps rude on phone and on wrong tariffs and now they are trying to cut me off and still cannot get through to anyone.

@VodafoneUK - it's not good form for your sales staff to talk of problems with @iD_Mobile_UK and then refuse to say what they are. You're now likely to lose a long standing customer when my contract ends in January. I'll go with the very helpful and personable staff I had at ID.

@VodafoneUK Spoke to call handler in UK, he agreed it was a stupid decision by the computer because I've been fully paying £50/£100 every month, I've had a tablet, 4/5 different phones from all upgrades and now computer says no.. It doesn't make sense to anyone.
