@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

Update @VodafoneUK after 2 hours 45 minutes on the phone and 45 minutes in a Vodafone shop being ignored by a manager who didn't want to deal with a complaint we have decided to go with a more consumer friendly provider, I'd really recommend you don't use Vodafone
