@VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

@VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

His £20/m mobile broadband (data only) sim contract became £200/m. 3 times he called and they promised to block all payments. He cancelled in the end and went off-line.

If I could leave now I can get good deals for £27-ish a month from O2 or EE. #Vodafone equivalent - £47!! And the lady I was chatting with won’t win any customer service awards either.
