@VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

@VodafoneUK I visited my local Vodafone shop in Bracknell to donate a laptop for the tech appeal and received the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. They refused to accept my laptop and had a real couldn't be bothered attitude. Dreadful attitude from the staff member.
