    @VodafoneUK you hide the terms and conditions until after a credit check and then when you select plan details/what you need to know it just tells you it’s a 30 day contract, no hidden costs about having to cancel your product in advance?

    @VodafoneUK @RCoales Useless is the first word that conjures up in my head when I see the name Vodafone Broadband. They lie about fixing your issue, they lie about escalating your tech issue so that it can get resolved, they lie about calling you back and they lie about sending an engineer out.
