    @VodafoneUK get to cinema to find I can’t redeem my 2 for £7 tickets via the app as it doesn’t work. Due to so called “maintenance” thanks for the forever sequence of customer fails

    @VodafoneUK placed a order online to collect In store (the fort Birmingham) has a email saying the order was ready to pick up, travelled to the store and they said the systems down and don’t know when it’ll be back up (already been down for a week) so I can’t collect the phone.

    @ThreeUK Collin actually laughing like a child down the phone! Extremely unprofessional!!! Shocking service!!! £28 a month for a sim only! I pay £17.80 with @VodafoneUK handset included!! Unlimited text, calls 4g of Data!

    @VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

    Utter shambles by @VodafoneUK yet again. Picked up my order from store Saturday, no service at all to be told the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the device in time, but here I am with the device at home. Your tech team haven’t a clue what they’re doing either 🥵

    @VodafoneUK 2 days and no Vodafone service at home. Not even 2g. So it looks like I need to change provider. Tried all recommendations but no service. Shame always had 3G

    Gutted to get a text yesterday from @VodafoneUK to say my p30pro isn't available in my selected colour just yet. Then get email today saying I'm on a waiting list. 8 years worth of custom just to get patched. Then give away a p30pro in my colour free to a comp winner. Awful

    This country is run entirely on smoke and mirrors. Anywhere else, decent network coverage, decent WiFi, decent trains. Here we’ve got @VodafoneUK’s pretend 3G coverage, @VirginTrains extortionate pricing for standing room only and a WiFi service that literally doesn’t do anything

    @VodafoneUK just had a call to try and keep me as a customer as your monthly contracts are so expensive only for your amazing reception to cut out so your advisor cut me off anyone would think I’m out on an island somewhere but I’m 5 miles outside Birmingham laughable

    Worst service ever @VodafoneUK I am currently on the phone with an advisor. Apparently her system is going through updates for around 30 minutes so I was on hold and she won’t transfer the call to a manager without me telling her why. Worst service ever!

    @VodafoneUK I have sent in a complaint as I have been charged after my contract ended by almost £50. You keep ringing me to discuss. I don't understand why you cannot reply to the complaint and instead keep phoning me at work as I can't answer my phone when I am working.

    @VodafoneUK I tried the online chat which informed me the only way to cancel is by phoning. 3 hours of waiting and no answer. I’m sure if I’d said I want to upgrade someone would answer in seconds. No apols or explanation. Been a customer for 12+ years. V unhappy.

    @VodafoneUK is THE worst network in the country. I’ve been with Three for 14 years and never had an issue, strange circumstance but had to switch, been with Vodafone for 9 hours and phone still isn’t working.!!
