Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Exactly the same treatment in Spain. My wife died in 2020. Tried many times to cancel her contract. So gave to lawyer dealing with estate. They tried to fool the lawyer, she announced who she was, contact cancelled.

A couple of years ago when my parent died I was very grateful 4 the kindness+best practice from TalkTAlk- dedicated bereavement support line; Unintrusive+efficient. Really made a difference at the time. @TalkTalk

@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace. Ordered a broadband service 3 weeks ago and received the strangest phone call today - apparently VF cannot connect my fibre service due to a damaged pole. Cannot give me a fix time and cannot give me a temp solution over their 4G network. ???

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Tried to cancel a contract with Vodafone UK in 2015 (broke uni student at the time) but after several phone calls (an in-person shop visits) I wasn't getting anywhere so cancelled the DD. Sent debt collectors after me. Never had a contract with them since and never will again.
