    @Danny_Jones90 @VodafoneUK I got that too, I asked them (two years ago) to sort my Vodafone/rewards bit as I couldn’t sign in and it’s still not fixed 😂 I’m moving after my current contract ends.

    I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨

    @VodafoneUK I’m having problems connecting my PS4 to my mobile hotspot,I’m a Hgv driver who works away from home all week and my PS4 allows me to pass time at night,it keeps saying I.P address failed when PS4 tries to connect to hotspot

    Utter shambles by @VodafoneUK yet again. Picked up my order from store Saturday, no service at all to be told the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the device in time, but here I am with the device at home. Your tech team haven’t a clue what they’re doing either 🥵

    @VodafoneUK just had a call to try and keep me as a customer as your monthly contracts are so expensive only for your amazing reception to cut out so your advisor cut me off anyone would think I’m out on an island somewhere but I’m 5 miles outside Birmingham laughable

    @VodafoneUK And I then got transferred to someone who didn't know why the call had been put through to her 😬 ... She asked me to talk through the entire problem with her again... I did not. Then I received a 'how likely are you to recommend Vodafone' text 😖 ... I'll give you one guess.

    To add, I have twice now managed to get ob to chat. After a very long chat, as I tried to navigate through your site, the "currently experiencing issues" message comes up. Utterly useless. No reply from you on here either @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I have already spoken to three of your advisors who have all been useless and transferred me around every other department and all saying contradicting things. So speaking to an advisor through dm will likely give the same outcome. Your manager I spoke to was the worst one

    Getting very ticked off with @VodafoneUK their website keeps crashing, when I do get through on ‘chat’ they aren’t prepared to give benefit to long term customer. @SkyUK just saved me £30 a month BECAUSE I’m a loyal customer.

    Terrible customer support from @VodafoneUK . After spending 56 minutes on a call with them on my 30 min lunch break , still have not resolved my issue . Asked me to end the call as an issue with the line , and were to call me back within 10 minutes. Still waiting !! Fobbed off !

    @VodafoneUK HELP PLEASE! Mum's phone number is due to migrate to Vodafone tonight, but she has had an atrial fibrillation attack & we have not been able to pick up the new handset from the Nottingham branch. They refused to help as my mum was not present & we can't get through..

    @VodafoneUK unbelievable response from your contact centre around Ukrainian refugee SIM cards. Call handler could not have been more unhelpful or rude. As a long standing @VodafoneGroup customer I am shocked by the response I have just had. Unhelpful in the extreme.
