    Customer service via a live chat with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth. A reply every 3 minutes and a question after a question. How many customers do you actually get through this way per day, surely it can't be many. Almost 45 mins for simple query! 😴😴😴😴😴😴

    @VodafoneUK It does now, but this should be made clear on marketing materials. I called to cancel my broadband sign up and they gave me £50 discount so it worked out ok in the end

    @Danny_Jones90 @VodafoneUK I got that too, I asked them (two years ago) to sort my Vodafone/rewards bit as I couldn’t sign in and it’s still not fixed 😂 I’m moving after my current contract ends.

    @VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

    @VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband,charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

    Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

    Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

    I’ve had the worst experience with @VodafoneUK but I have to say thank you to Connor @vodafone Newbury for listening, fixing and giving an email address incase of any further problems. Cost me £80+ in insurance and loss of a lot of time to try and get it fixed.

    My credit score was being damaged by @VodafoneUK’s shocking ineptitude which I only discovered after you sent me notice, withdrawing your services to me. Contacting me instead so that I could investigate, rectify and explain the problem that was not of my doing would have helped.

    @MichaelLCrick Sorry Michael but everyone knows that the @VodafoneUK shops are a TOTAL disaster and you must never ever try to have any dealings with them at all. It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.
