First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨

Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

@VodafoneUK The best reward would be a better customer service. Last year I wasted time to talk to customer service (5 times!) only to resolve one issue. When I finally got my bill and saw additional charges in it, I gave up. Considered the amount as donation to Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK 6 days it took for someone to tell me the disconnection number, I’ve explained my problem numerous times to double digits of people and been given copy pasta instructions on how to change random router settings, your customer support policy is to exhaust customers into silence.
