@VodafoneUK shocking, no customer service. Emailed CEO Nick Jeffrey & his CEO team also not helpful. Woeful from the top down, cannot resolve a simple issue.
-
Andrew Smith (@NoEllis82) reported from Birmingham, England
Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

-
Jamie F'N Hand (@JamieHand101) reported from Birmingham, England
Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻
-
Krista (@Dino_Krista_LV) reported from Coventry, England
I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨
-
Mark Bradburn (@MarkBradburn3) reported from Birmingham, England
Because @VodafoneUK I am a customer you will be losing. So can someone with common sense sort this out ASAP
-
AForknall (@aforknall) reported from Birmingham, England
@danboq @VodafoneUK I must admit I can’t moan about the phone signal, I tend to get full bars. But I’ve never once had 5G, I’m starting to think it that it doesn’t actually exist...
-
Chris Sammons #StayHomeSaveLives (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England
@danboq @VodafoneUK At least @O2 only fob me off once every two weeks 🤪 And they don’t even give a reason, just knock the date back every time 🤣 As long as I have signal in time so I can send my Xmas texts I’ll be a happy chap
-
Chrissie Chanel (@ChrissieChanel) reported from Nuneaton, England
@VodafoneUK after an hour and a half on chat. Yogesh left the conversation without resolving the original issue and now I will have to call again at 8am because of your incompetence. After all the hassle I've had I will be leaving Vodafone! #vodafoneuk

@rupert1982 @VodafoneUK @GeektasticMum I believe you This is nothing but A marketing campaign to entice more customers onto this useless network where staff will be rude to you and talk to you as if they pay your bills for you and you should be grateful to be in their presence

@VodafoneUK I love Xmas especially when Vodafone send out Vodafone treats to people yet will not even give you a £2 discount to a customer for ten years.Hello EE :)

Amorious Security Engineer (@Amorious__Works) reported
@sarahyhirons @VodafoneUK This should be easy by them not requesting money from you every month if they’re still requesting money from you then your account is not closed Best bet is to never set up direct debit in the first place But then get rid of it as soon as you’re connected
