@VodafoneUK yet another price increase 2nd on the contract I’m on and yet I live just outside of Birmingham and still can’t get a proper signal when I’m at work just trying to make a call or use the internet is a no go awful customer service yet again

Some absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK - tried to leave since JANUARY/gain a code to unlock a phone where the contract has now ended. Passed from pillar to post and still paying £70 a month and your ‘care’ team have hung up the call numerous times when we ask why🙄

@VodafoneUK So, I called and spoke to a real person. Seems yesterdays chat was to put a plaster on my problem. The “expert” missed that I’ve had a broken (openreach) connection for some time. Tut tut. Engineer booked. Very disappointed. Seems my dongle hasn’t worked either. Have to reset.
