    @Danny_Jones90 @VodafoneUK I got that too, I asked them (two years ago) to sort my Vodafone/rewards bit as I couldn’t sign in and it’s still not fixed 😂 I’m moving after my current contract ends.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

    @VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

    I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨

    I moved home and decided to move my @VodafoneUK broadband contract over as I only had a few months left. I have had no end of problems with Vodafone so I called to cancel my contract to be told I have been automatically entered into a new 18 month contract! 1/2

    Hey @VodafoneUK, unable to track my Vodafone Curve in DE56, couldn’t track last night, briefing worked this morning & now failing again. Mate having same issues in Derby with his Curve. Appreciate these things go down, just wondering when reliable service will be restored? Thanks

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK This has been going on since December. I want it resolved today and not just by customer services I want someone who can refund, call off the debt collectors and assure me my account is closed as this is now 5 months and it’s a joke

    @VodafoneUK I've got 2 unlimited data SIMs and there's been a network issue in my area for at least the last 3 weeks, which makes them fairly useless. CS aren't really providing any answers. Any idea what the deal is? A nearby postcode is ST72UD.

    @VodafoneUK It’s a company phone and their mobile WiFi too. Works fine everywhere else I go but always so poor in Brentwood CM14 4QJ
