At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

@VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

@VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

@VodafoneUK 38th in the queue , got through to someone after 40 mins. Then told after chatting with them for 20 mins they couldnt help and passed me to someone in wrong team who kindly has put me back in a queue and I am 48th. What an absolute joke this process is.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

A nice @CityFibre engineer turned up on Tuesday morning and said there was indeed a fibre break in road & that they didn't know (despite another team allegedly reporting it). Supposedly 24-48 hours to fix but heard no more since. We enter day 7 of no connection... @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I have been a customer for 13 years and the service I am receiving after leaving is so so poor! I have followed your request and have been waiting 24 hours for someone to respond via DM. I can't see a timeframe mentioned anywhere so yet again I am left completely in the dark!!

@Nbayeboah @VodafoneUK No company is perfect, but Vodafone really couldn't care less about service, I've never known anything like it, I've been told there's a problem with the 5g upgrade, the cell tower was on fire, a new building is affecting the signal... & several other nonsense excuses.
