    I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨

    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK I have done this and have had one text in 3 days saying what you said. As I am having to travel into an office each day as have no broadband at home would be helpful to know when you will fix this. It is costing me time and money and am getting no sign it will get resolved.

    @VodafoneUK I ordered a new phone, and contract was sent to old email. Called back and had to re-order again. No phone arrived. Called back and told that there was a glitch and have to order it a 3rd time. Worst customer experience and been customer for 10 yrs.

    @VodafoneUK can you tell me when network coverage will return to SK23 0JQ. It’s been down since Monday and wasn’t what I expected when I signed up to superwifi with additional costs for a dongle to avoid outages!
