@VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

@ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

Hi @VodafoneUK home broadband has stopped working for 3rd time in 2 days. @CityFibre were digging up the route between our house and the street cabinet on Thursday, no doubt the cause. Was faultless before. Any idea on typically resolution time, do your engineers work weekends?

@VodafoneUK I recently set up an upgrade to full fibre from my current Vodafone home broadband service, however there was a technical glitch and my full fibre upgrade got cancelled which I didn’t find out till today now my current broadband will be cancelled this coming Monday
