    @ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

    @VodafoneUK So I've waited in all day for a 3-5 day delivery phone that's so far taken almost a month only for it to not show up. Also been told I'm being charged for early upgrade even though I've not been upgraded yet cause it's not here. Customer support are just ignoring me

    @VodafoneUK Hey Vodafone, I cannot mend my landline. Only you can do that. I suspect that a small child with a sharp stick could poke the snails off the wire or whatever needs doing. But in the absence of a small child only you can fix my landline. You can do that, but you haven't.
