    @VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for the response Adam. I’m afraid you lost me as a customer years ago. I’ve got a business account with EE with 3 handsets and mobile WiFi and I’ve never had a problem! I recommend EE to everyone.

    @VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

    @VodafoneUK If you’ve ever dealt with the customer relations team based outside of the UK, you’d understand they cannot discuss anything that is not on their script... you’d have to offer me an unbelievable contract to stay with Vodafone
