    @VodafoneUK 7.30pm - no attempt to take a second payment direct debit set up so we try to pay direct - our account is charged twice even tho we are told payments are failing . 6 phone calls and a lovely operator, very polite who struggled to spell ‘Mike’ didn’t help much at all

    Get your finger out @VodafoneUK the service our business account is getting is absolutely appalling. 54mins on the phone with no reply and 46mins online chat with an operator who seems to be handling multiple customers and only coming back to me every 3 mins on av.

    @VodafoneUK Called customer services to speak about signal issues in my area, and to configure my SureSignal box... told to use WiFi calling and use WhatsApp for text messages?! Just remind me what I pay for?

    @Green_AJ @VodafoneUK @virginmedia That sounds familiar. With my internet they sold me the new service. let me cancel my other contract. now are telling me the network isn't ready and I'll potentially have to wait weeks. Id be less upset if I hadn't specifically called to ensure that it was going to be seamless.

    @KieMarshall @VodafoneUK @virginmedia Tried upgrading my phone, thus spending twice as much per month since FRIDAY. They lied to me about items being in stock and am now waiting for them to cancel my order so I can re-order from a branch that does have it, told 24 hours. More lies upon lies.

    @Green_AJ @VodafoneUK I've spent 4 hours over the last 2 days trying to understand when they'll install my new internet service, Apparently they just canceled my order without letting me know. Would be fine if they hadn't told me to go ahead and cancel my @virginmedia broadband.

    @voiceofrally @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK have been brilliant for me @voiceofrally. You’re right the data passport is a bit tricky but the customer service has been great when overseas (especially @RallyMexico !)
