    @ClareJosa @VodafoneUK My guess is that it will be fixed after storm Franklin is over. There must be quite a few faults related to the storms. Poor customer/ service management if they can't admit to that.

    @SamsungUK wife's S9 not able to answer called when someone calls but they can hear her. Any idea of a fix? We have reset the phone but it worked for one call then back to not working @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service tonight... 45 mins in a queue to then be told sorry can't actually help as we are doing a system upgrade call this number,sorry no one is available right now. broadband service that needs 50p adding to a meter every 5 mins to work

    @mk_citizen @VodafoneUK no fix from Vodafone we all in the area are told the same just try 3G and WiFi calls - why no fix of poor signal for 14 years - come on Vodafone try to give a service for the monthly fees

    @VodafoneUK since basically using your support webchat and call 3 times doesn't help can I get a feedback on my issues with my broadband? 130ms of latency and drops in connection via ethernet cable... Your team was supposed to contact me after reporting the issue no call 🤬

    @VodafoneUK how do I cancel a contract if I do not have access to the original phone? I have been told that it is only a txt to that phone/SIM. I cannot get a txt to it as my husband no longer uses it and hasn't for a long time. My son used it with a different SIM.

    @Mrwhosetheboss If you run Speedtest 4G & 5G are quite often similar, sometimes 5G is streaks ahead. This doesn't appear to make any difference to day to day use of my phone though. I'm in UK with @VodafoneUK paying £86 per month! They are reliable but have the worst pricing tiers for 5G in UK.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Team, I wanted to raise a complaint for my Vodafone Prepaid number- 8879791011. The Number is on my mother's name- Shanti Pravin Satra. I had opted for deactivation for the number in the J B Nagar store, Andheri (E) on 4th June, 2022.
