@VodafoneUK as and when my 4 contract phones conclude, along with the data sim I have, I will move to another provider following your withdrawal from advertsing on GB news. I have been a customer for 20 years at around £200pm. @GBNEWS keep doing your unbiased thing please.

@VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service tonight... 45 mins in a queue to then be told sorry can't actually help as we are doing a system upgrade call this number,sorry no one is available right now. broadband service that needs 50p adding to a meter every 5 mins to work

2.5 hours on a call w/ @VodafoneUK to try and stay with them. The customer support rep was amazing but it's too painful. Sorry for the AT THE COMPANY tweet but I'm so frustrated - all I wanted was to stay with them. WAY easier to switch. Shout-out to Andrew!
