@ClareJosa @VodafoneUK My guess is that it will be fixed after storm Franklin is over. There must be quite a few faults related to the storms. Poor customer/ service management if they can't admit to that.

@VodafoneUK @PavelGrzyb they tend to tell customers they have phones in stock when they don’t as telling someone they don’t have any handsets is a way to put a customer off. They just want the sale and someone else to deal with the aftermath. This did happen to me few years back. Lesson learned.

@VodafoneUK your 191 service is broken. It's impossible to speak to an adviser instead of being directed to a useless chatbot unless you say you want to complain. The message says waiting time is 1-2 mins. It's already been 15 mins and still waiting.

Absolutely gutted and fuming! My phone was suppose to come Thursday so changed date to today as I'd be home and it's not even gonna be delivered 😫 cause of a warehouse problem!! And they charged me for delivery aswell as a 2 day clart with passwords. Not impressed @VodafoneUK

@GeoffKitchener @VodafoneUK I normally don't have a problem I've been with them years but I paid for my phone to be delivered next day or next available day, time I'm gonna wait I could have choosen free delivery and waited 3-4 days cause gonna be 3rd day tomorrow
