Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

As a PAYG customer it’s kind of hard to answer. If I call them it’s £2.40a min and if they ring me £1.60 a min - they won’t call my. Landline
