    @VodafoneUK as and when my 4 contract phones conclude, along with the data sim I have, I will move to another provider following your withdrawal from advertsing on GB news. I have been a customer for 20 years at around £200pm. @GBNEWS keep doing your unbiased thing please.

    @VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

    Never using @CPWTweets ever again. Did my @VodafoneUK upgrade through them for delivery tomorrow. Half 9 this morning carphone warehouse deactivate my current sim and activate a new one that I haven’t even received. Now no phone until new one is delivered tomorrow. Fuming.

    Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK , was running 5th in a league race then it cuts out and I finish out of the points. Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

    @VodafoneUK The issue is that I signed up for your Pro Broadband with the promise of instant access to your technical Xperts. I’m trying to get it set up and running but need help. I’ve been in a queue on the phone for 1hr 30mins and still on hold……..hardly instant!!!!

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service so terminating my agreement after 20+ years. Nobody on phones or live chat/website and TOBi is worse than useless. Happily my contract has ended as been trying to get in touch for over a week. Time to move on obviously 🙄

    Having trouble using the code for the flowers for @VodafoneUK veryme reward. Only have an hour to use it and it says invalid code! If you put it in the discount box it takes the premium off but still charges you £6.99 delivery and if you put it in the discount box it says invalid

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to upgrade online for the last hour. I get all the way through to the order being processed and then get a message advising I'm almost there but to call 0808 040 8408. I do, press option 1 and then get a message advising to call back. Please help.
