Never using @CPWTweets ever again. Did my @VodafoneUK upgrade through them for delivery tomorrow. Half 9 this morning carphone warehouse deactivate my current sim and activate a new one that I haven’t even received. Now no phone until new one is delivered tomorrow. Fuming.

Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK , was running 5th in a league race then it cuts out and I finish out of the points. Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

@VodafoneUK my employer has swapped to Voda from O2 today. New SIM installed, phone rebooted, network recognised. Can make calls, send and receive SMS but cannot receive calls. Is this unusual? Have never experienced this when swapping previously. Am a private Voda sub. Thx.
