    @VodafoneUK is becoming one of the most unreliable network in London. I called customer service yesterday to complain about network issue at London Victoria are til now NO solution. Thinking of leaving them. I can't use my mobile data inside the building

    @VodafoneUK One area atm until I can drive somewhere else to try. My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

    @VodafoneUK I was able to call from outside of our village this afternoon. When I got home I now have no service on my handset (as does my wife) Vf site says our area WD35LL has maintenance until 19th😱. No calls for 4 days-seriously 😡

    @VodafoneUK I have been calling and complaining 4 times a week it was even escalated but still 3 month things are worse and u don't seem to care This increased my stress level had a bad effect on my health. And you still don't care no matter how many times I tell you.

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to cancel my Broadbrand contract after my 2 year contract came to an end at the beginning of July. I cannot get through on your phone line. The wait times are extremely long and when someone finally answered, my call was disconnected. Please help.

    Why @VodafoneUK have you cancelled our #broadband order twice? The engineer is meant to visit tomorrow to install our router? Checked order this morning to find it cancelled, called customer service, told he order was reinstated and now get a text saying order is again cancelled.

    @VodafoneUK are an absolute disgrace. Despite verbally cancelling her expired contract, she received a threatening 'automated' debt reclaimation letter. Phoned them, settled the bill, SIM removed, verbally cancelled again. New bill for 2 months received, impossible to cancel!!

    @VodafoneUK waiting for our broadband to be installed today. Keep getting text messages from KellyCF to say the time the engineer is going to call which keeps getting later & later. Not a good start for a new customer

    @VodafoneUK I've never experience this much frustration with any other service in my life. Not only the internet speed in unacceptable, Vodafone will do anything not to attend you and to not be accountable. It's like dealing with CADIVI (only Venezuelans will understand)
