    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    Considering they are two of the UK's biggest organisations, I have never received such a shit level of service for a business as I have from @nextofficial and @VodafoneUK over the last few weeks. Absolute masters in failure!

    @VodafoneUK I was able to call from outside of our village this afternoon. When I got home I now have no service on my handset (as does my wife) Vf site says our area WD35LL has maintenance until 19th😱. No calls for 4 days-seriously 😡

    Incredibly frustrating customer service experience with @VodafoneUK London Victoria. Upgraded phone yesterday over the phone, was told that it would be waiting for me in store today.... apparently It’s not available. The phone is in stock in store, but 1/2

    Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK , was running 5th in a league race then it cuts out and I finish out of the points. Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

    @VodafoneUK One area atm until I can drive somewhere else to try. My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

    I’ve waited 3 months & still @VodafoneUK have not restored my broadband & landline phone after cutting me off one month into a 2 year contract! & this week they tried to cancel the fibre contract they forced me to take in order to restore my services! Disgusting! #avoidthem
