    @VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

    @VodafoneUK And why was that not communicated? That’s such a bad move! You’re the only of the big ones that doesn’t have wifi coverage. Also, Jubilee line is only a small part of the whole tube line.

    1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

    @VodafoneUK as and when my 4 contract phones conclude, along with the data sim I have, I will move to another provider following your withdrawal from advertsing on GB news. I have been a customer for 20 years at around £200pm. @GBNEWS keep doing your unbiased thing please.

    1 hour 15 minutes on live chat @VodafoneUK for them to not resolve an issue the person got caught lying to me though the chat and offered a £3 goodwill charge.The didn’t know what the NHS was for discount. If you have uk discounts your staff abroad need trained.Disgraceful AVOID!

    @VodafoneUK I can’t view my data usage on the Vodafone App or anywhere online. This has been an issue for months (Error 4300 in the app) and the chatbot is unfortunately, absolutely no help.

    When the hell did it become so acceptable for big companies to basically treat customer like ****. 30 minutes and counting so far on hold to @VodafoneUK waiting for someone to bother to actually talk to me. Absolutely unacceptable.

    @VodafoneUK I have now been on the phone for heading to 1.5 hours trying to get my what you describe as 'Automatic Compensation' for a 21 day outage in April. There was no communication during the outage and even less now! Great work from one of the worlds communication giants.
