1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

@autumndazed @VodafoneUK Had the same issues here (Monkston Park), also 950 plan. I'm getting less than 10mbps via Etherley into the hub and even that is dropping out continuously. Broadband status tools just keeps saying there is no issue though
