    Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK , was running 5th in a league race then it cuts out and I finish out of the points. Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

    @VodafoneUK trying to upgrade I was told that your system had crashed & to call back today. Just called back to be told the deal I was quoted yesterday is not valid. This is the worst customer service. You’ve wasted my time on 2 occasions. Sort it out!!

    @VodafoneUK doesn't allow me to cancel my plan. The store says I can cancel it by calling 191, whenever I talk to 191, they say "sorry our system is currently not available, we can't make any cancellation" Stay away from this provider!
