I've recently become a member of your network @VodafoneUK. Have to say that it's been an absolute letdown as far uninterrupted data service goes. Y'day was my first day with you & ever since, the connection's been inconsistent. Can you please check and rectify this on priority?

1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

Why do @VodafoneUK think it is acceptable to leave a customer, who works from home and has a school child accessing online classes at home, to be without the Internet for up to 12 hrs just to change an address ? Can anyone recommend a broadband supplier?

@VodafoneUK @SpotifyUK Vodafone UK are happy to not only not provide a service but then are happy to charge you for wanting to move on because you have no service. They did this to my mother after she lost my father and could make phone calls to sort out his estate.
