1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

@VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

@VodafoneUK I have taken out a new SIM only contract through Carphone Warehouse with Vodaphone but you are charging me for my old contract and sim!!! All I need you to do is to transfer my number over to the new contract but I have to fill in forms. Utter nonsense terrible customer service
