    @VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

    @VodafoneHeIp I've recently become a member of the @VodafoneUK network & have to say that it's been an absolute letdown when it comes to uninterrupted service. Y'day was my first day with you & ever since, the connection's been inconsistent. Can you please check and rectify this?

    1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

    @VodafoneUK Please can someone check my private message. Over thirty days no broadband and worried I've been abandoned - that my issue is being treated as a new issue with testing etc starting from scratch.

    @VodafoneUK Had an issue logging in. The ridiculous TOBi bot was useless on the website and app. When I ignored the directive on the phone line to go back to TOBi, I got through to Tracy. Tracy is fantastic! Sorted problem and was ultra helpful. SCRAP TOBi. Hire more Tracy's!

    @AJMSomers @VodafoneUK I had the same issue in my work postcode for 5months and they did nothing but give me empty promises. They offered me compensation once the problem was solved. I don't even work there anymore and I'm yet to see any compensation. @EE you still treat your customers like this?

    So @VodafoneUK have had 3 days to investigate where the phone that is supposed to be my daughters Christmas present is, that’s after me waiting a week for it to NOT be delivered (I paid an early upgrade fee to avoid just this debacle). So me as the customer suffers because 1/2

    @VodafoneUK why have I been passed from 6 different chat operators and then conveniently disconnected on. It has been over an hour! Come on as a new customer I had not expected such atrocious help, it is appalling. We have gone back to the start again now from being disconnected

    @VodafoneUK The problem is not CityFibre. The problem is they you offer a broadband that doesn't exist. The problem is that you do a hard credit check on me and than check the infrastructure... I am gonna take it further to ofcom/ombudsman.

    @VodafoneUK please check 4g service covering GL8 8RT as sees to be very very intermittent at the moment. As I rely on it for both Internet and WiFi calling it very annoying
