I've recently become a member of your network @VodafoneUK. Have to say that it's been an absolute letdown as far uninterrupted data service goes. Y'day was my first day with you & ever since, the connection's been inconsistent. Can you please check and rectify this on priority?

1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

According to @VodafoneUK website the can accommodate my needs immediately. My dad as told me to bite the bullet and just pay @EE Up and put it down as a bad experience. He can't believe that a company we have given 30 years custom to, treats loyalty in this way.

Get a PAC code from Vodafone, go to whichever mobile network you want to move to, get your new phone and/contract and give them your PAC code, it’ll automatically cancel your contract with Vodafone. I left them in 2015, best thing I did
