Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK , was running 5th in a league race then it cuts out and I finish out of the points. Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

Never using @CPWTweets ever again. Did my @VodafoneUK upgrade through them for delivery tomorrow. Half 9 this morning carphone warehouse deactivate my current sim and activate a new one that I haven’t even received. Now no phone until new one is delivered tomorrow. Fuming.

@VodafoneUK communicated to me at all. I was without a service for almost 10 days by then and asked to provide me PAC code, then webchat team asked my permission to reconnect the service as they cannot generate PAC code without reconnecting..
