    @andrewchinery @albip46 @VodafoneUK @CityFibre As an interim the Vodafone support person I dealt with, as we have mobile phone contracts as well, suggested tethering/hotspotting through my mobile and added extra data allowance to facilitate that. #workaround

    @VodafoneUK bit poor to want to charge me £49 p/m for 25gb as an upgrade when it’s £42 p/m for 30gb for new customers... doesn’t really shout loyalty does it. :-(

    @andrewkeates @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I personally have had a horrible time with 3, but only in regards to signal. Price and customer service were always high, but if I went up any hill in London, I wouldn’t have any signal. And that was over a Google and 2 different Apple phones

I recently wondered if they had improved, CLEARLY NOT!! sorry to hear of your experience Matthew but I would consider EE to be the best option.

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to somebody in customer services for a week. Can't get through on the phone, nobody picks up my chat requests. I've just sat for another half hour in chat waiting and have been disconnected. This is crazy. How do I get to speak to someone?

    @VodafoneUK I’m having severe issues with my broadband for over 3 weeks, the engineer came out and again it’s started playing up. This is becoming too frustrating. I called the customer service and after being on hold for over 2 hours 16 minutes I was disconnected. Not happy!!

    @GethinJones123 @VodafoneUK A great many of these customer service people are working from home. Even answering then hanging up so its recorded as a call answered. Can't get through to banks, bureaucrats in public sector, or corporates.
