    @VodafoneUK bit poor to want to charge me £49 p/m for 25gb as an upgrade when it’s £42 p/m for 30gb for new customers... doesn’t really shout loyalty does it. :-(

    @VodafoneUK home broadband has been down all morning! Status pages I've checked say everything is fine. Any update? Have contacted chat who directed me to 0808 003 4515 which seems to be down too?

    @ClareJosa @VodafoneUK My guess is that it will be fixed after storm Franklin is over. There must be quite a few faults related to the storms. Poor customer/ service management if they can't admit to that.

    @VodafoneUK The phones screen is unusable so I can’t do that from the phone. I’ve waited an hour in your store and handed the phone in for repair. I hope you’ll send it back to @SamsungUK and reconsider when you sell it in future. It’s four months old and I didn’t damage the phone. #ZFlip

    @andrewchinery @albip46 @VodafoneUK @CityFibre As an interim the Vodafone support person I dealt with, as we have mobile phone contracts as well, suggested tethering/hotspotting through my mobile and added extra data allowance to facilitate that. #workaround

    @albip46 @VodafoneUK Us too. I spent an hour in online chat last night and was told that the team are unavailable until Monday morning. I would guess a major infrastructure issue! @CityFibre @Vodafone #Gigafast MK36DD

    @VodafoneUK I am not happy with your service at all, I’m being charged £96 for a trade in phone that I traded in and you can’t find. I handed it into the the store. Been on chat for an hour and half and issue still not resolved.

    @VodafoneUK you’re service is beyond shoddy. My internet has gone down, call your helpline. Says I have an overdue balance, takes me to payment line which says I have a ZERO pounds overdue balance. Asks me if I want to pay zero pounds. Speak to your helpline

    @VodafoneUK Spending too much of my life wading through the trash that is your customer service. Been trying to change my mobile plan which should be very simple. You couldn’t get it more wrong if you tried ! Customer experience is very poor #CX

    .@VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz we moved across to you 4-5 weeks ago and we run live streaming events via our network. However since moving we are constantly receiving a drop in service which is also causing delays in our events. Please call us direct to arrange a solution.

    @VodafoneUK sent me nonsense broadband renewal figures 6+ times. Did renew in the end but for diff price again But credit where credit's due. The email automation may be crap but the change of plan itself was seamless. I woke up and everything just works with speed 2x faster

    Hey @VodafoneUK just a little customer feedback, when someone uses your online chat to upgrade their phone that is all they want, not pushed to get broadband, do you have an apple watch, do you need to upgrade your ipad. Pay extra to have them all connected! The pressure!! 🙃

    @VodafoneUK why are my customers receiving a voice message that I deleted last year telling people I’m on holiday until 8th September? I have had support remove voice message service and re add it, I’ve deleted all messages, including the option to record my own message.

    I’ve discovered why my posts are constantly going into my drafts box. My network is crap where I live. I’m not at home now so no problems. @VodafoneUK and no it’s not my phone cache etc. it’s a lack of network speed / capacity. Just found this in my Draft box. @X is weird

    Wow @VodafoneUK your customer service is awful, asking a question on the chat and the response is "yeah just hold on" SERIOUSLY! that's how you run the business now! All I asked was if the contract could be resent as not att'd - with a please!
