    2. My new provider SIM arrives, after already passing my PUK code to them, and its time to kick @VodafoneUK into touch, or so I thought...WRONG! You keep things to yourself and fail to tell departing customers that another code is needed to unlock phone

    @itskeithriley @ZalaComms @VodafoneUK Complain long and hard enough so you can get out of the contract. We did. It was an absolute pain as we did everything they asked, eventually they cancelled the contract and refunded us from the moment we raised the complaint.
