@VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

5. It gets to something @VodafoneUK when the mobile data doesnt even work inside my own house! Will you be able to give any proper answers why this has been a mobile disaster, and why, whenever I called customer service I got same answers, told to visit local shop for help?

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

What if your ex call all the companies who you have a contract with, electricity, water, gas, bank, telephone and they would all cancel your contract? Would you be happy about it? Told outright lies to try to dissuade me (coverage of other networks, that it would be very complicated to keep my existing number etc) and thought that a month free contract (£15 a month) would make up for £5 a month more!
