    Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK , was running 5th in a league race then it cuts out and I finish out of the points. Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

    @VodafoneUK I was with EE any problem s they would resolve it there and then, Iam regretting moving to Vodafone, i have been waiting for a phone call for a week,about my overcharge on my bill but no one in Vodafone seems to give a dam.

    @VodafoneUK @MartinIPetrov I’ve had same issue and sent DM. Got fobbed off with suggestion that all mobile providers are experiencing tech difficulties. Poor response.

    @VodafoneUK just DM a Vodafone advisor, he’s just like there customer service call centre, they never pick up, and it looks like it he’s disappeared as well I don’t think I will hear from him again.

    @VodafoneUK I have spent three hours of phone time trying to resolve a mistake that your company has made. I am so glad I went back to @O2 PLEASE BE WARNED .... Vodafone customer service is the worse !

    @VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I have yet another problem. I can't change my spend manager via app. It gives an error 2114. I also can not opt in free international option via text message calling landlines 5 p per minute and calling mobiles 25 p per minute. Could you please help?

    @VodafoneUK Is there anyway to check issues with incoming calls and texts on a specific number? Just transferred number from gifgaf to vodafone for a ukrainian friend and they can send, but not receive texts or calls.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried this and it just ends the call, how do I get through to talk to someone. This is poor. Can you not just get someone to call me
