    I'm confused, @virginmedia how can you claim to be one of the fastest networks, yet rely on @VodafoneUK's Network Infrastructure (known to have the worse network; stated by previous customers of it's service.) to provide Mobile Data/Mobile Networking services to your Customers.

    @VodafoneUK why is it so difficult to speak to someone that can actually sort an issue? Customer service is shocking and now I am being told I will be charged over £250 to deactivate a service that hasn't even been activated 13 days from activation date. Shockingly bad service!!!
