    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    @VodafoneUK Still no fibre after 7 days - promised resolution by @CityFibre at noon - nothing. 2 more hours on phone tonight. Person 19 spoken to tonight - reset router - nothing - put through to escalation- on hold for 1 hr - then cut off after team went home. Day 8 tomorrow

    I’m now just posting about how crap @VodafoneUK are and #customerservice for evidence. I cannot call them I cannot use their robot I cannot reply to their threats THEY STILL AINT CALLED THEY STILL AINT ACKNOWLEDGED AND ITLL BE MY FAULT EVEN WITH 2 weeks evidence A totes #joke

    @vodafone 3) all I’ve been told, it will be sorted in 24hrs, however 5 days later, I’m still unable to use my number, or my phone. A formal complaint has been raised by a @VodafoneUK store Manager as he was outrageoused in of the process and still wasn’t able to help or give guidance.

    @VodafoneUK customer service is a piss take, my contract has ended and I’ve now received a text to say I have a bill to pay when I have already paid my list bill, but it’s also now not showing me my bills as I’m no longer a customer and I also can’t use the chat bot
