    @VodafoneUK Hi. Understand things can go wrong, but who commissioned support chat function where I arbitrarily have to type every 3/4 minutes to stop it getting disconnected? Very frustrating when tech support can’t solve something

    @DirtyHippyDalek @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Wen mum had to cancel Grandads mobile wiv EE they were brilliant. Expressed immediate sympathy, took a couple of details and it was all cancelled. Any charges were cleared. It made a very difficult time so much easier. Brings tears to mums eyes how kind people were 🥹

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience with @VodafoneUK some time ago when my daughter was a teenager. Once you're in, you can't get out. Awful, corporate bullying. I thought things might have changed but clearly not.
