    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    @VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK I am with Vodafone since last one and a half years..and i am in unlimited pack.i just get 4mbps speed and i work in royal navy so travel. I don’t get network where EE gets it normally. so i asked Vodafone to cancel my contact but they charging me for it.

    @VodafoneUK at least 3 months on and the signal/ service we’re receiving is absolutely shocking-in and about our area. Paying all this money for absolutely nothing. Phone calls cutting off is just dangerous- imagine trying to call someone in an emergency. Awful

    @VodafoneUK I wanted to change 2 phones, extend data on the 3rd contract and reinstate the lost NHS discounts but I lost faith in the time waiting to get through only to find the agent couldn’t help me and gave me incorrect instructions to go forward

    @VodafoneUK impossible to cancel my rolling contract. Shop can’t help. Online bot is useless. No one to answer calls. What do you suggest? You are a communications company with no available way of being be contacted. I’ve given up sitting on hold. Direct debit cancelled. 😡
