    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

    @VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneFdn You simply gonna robbing me down! Adding extra 12£ to existing contracts. And charging me extra for old phones that i allready payd for! CHARGE FOR NEW CONTRACTS MORE!     @VodafoneUK Still no fibre after 7 days - promised resolution by @CityFibre at noon - nothing. 2 more hours on phone tonight. Person 19 spoken to tonight - reset router - nothing - put through to escalation- on hold for 1 hr - then cut off after team went home. Day 8 tomorrow

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @VodafoneUK six weeks now and no satisfactory internet connection constant dropouts taking too long to connect I am now told that I have 64mbs connection 4mbs below minimum gteed. Engineer will ring mon to fix I was getting reliable connection at 30 mbs on my prev supplier

    cannot believe how incompetent @VodafoneUK is, had a number which they disconnected for no reason, now it's been 3 days of false promised of reconnecting and I've lost a 15 year old phone number, completely damn useless
