Person 19 spoken to tonight - reset router - nothing - put through to escalation- on hold for 1 hr - then cut off after team went home. Day 8 tomorrow

They just wasted mine and their time and when they couldnt resolve the issue, waiving couple of months charges which never resolved the coverage issue.changing phones/sims all done. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !

Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.
