@VodafoneUK why do you throttle speeds?First day of mobile broadband and late afternoon and bang speed drop by at least 60% 11:30 pm speeds come back to normal I had read about this issue on forums now I see for myself it's as others have explained. Vodafone claim no restrictions

@VodafoneUK Thanks but why not just send me a final account— cancelling a DD does not imply a refusal to pay but merely does not let you withdraw money without my permission so therefore should not be considered a payment default. Totally had it with #Vodafone and poor service tbh.

@VodafoneUK is an extremely poor company. Took a huge amount of money out of my bank account but when waiting for compensation agreed with the company they fail to give me the compensation and put the phone down on me when speaking to managers. Avoid this company.

@VodafoneUK I just been waiting for broadband assistance no idea when you'll pick up. I asked for pack to send back your booster twice yet not received. Also broadband has been awful. Don't you have ringback service?? You're a phone service. I'm fed up of waiting on phone.
