I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.
