    @VodafoneUK to be honest it's quite annoying that your renewal team can't help with customer service issues I have. If you call me to get me to lock in a contract for 18 months it would be better if you could deal with billing errors.

    Told by @VodafoneUK shop in #Basingstoke that they would send my daughter’s #Vodafone branded phone for repair free of charge. It has a broken charging port. Took it in and because the screen is cracked now told there would be a charge.

    @LauraMcCarSol @Apple @VodafoneUK The phone should do, even if you’re pay as you go, with no credit. I could only put it down to either little or no signal, or general issues with the phone, that could be remedied with a reboot or reinserting the SIM card.
