    Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

    @VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

    @VodafoneUK My texts haven’t worked all day so I’ve been on to technical support TOBY!! Keeps hanging up and informing me text sent to advise what to do 😳 I CANT receive texts!!!!! 😡

    @VodafoneUK just wondering why your 4g service is so rubbish in certain parts of SW london. virtually impossible to use phone out and about. Not like living in middle of nowhere. Several people I know have same issue. Will have to switch

    @VodafoneUK Surely the worst mobile company for customer service. Just unbelievable – I have to listen to my wife’s regular and endless calls of complaint! I’ve luckily never been with them! Each customer service call she makes actually *creates* new problems! Billing mainly.

    @PaulWoody69 @VodafoneUK @g3g101 It clearly costs a lot these days to run a shockingly bad service. But it’s okay we’ll give you a stupid ‘deal’ on Candy Kittens instead.. cos that makes up for the £120 extra out of your pocket🙄

    @VodafoneUK - Head over to Settings > Mobile data > Network selection and try connecting to another provider for 5 minutes then connecting back to Vodafone
