Anyone else on @VodafoneUK network & have their broadband getting ridiculously slow speeds on WiFi and mobile data? Nothing loads, the speeds are nowhere near what we were promised even via ethernet cable. Husband has been told to monitor for 24 hours but it's not looking good 😫

@VodafoneUK They've scheduled a call for me, but even if they hadn't I wouldn't call this number again. I've made a complaint to the manager that I chatted with on Tobi. Repeating advice which hasn't worked on several occasions is unacceptable.

@VodafoneUK Please read the chain of tweets above. I' explained repeatedly that I could not get through on this number. After a lot of time spent on this issue I've finally got a call scheduled for tomorrow. However I made a complaint because I'm very dissatisfied.
