If anyone is on @VodafoneUK and has a data breach, be warned, they will tell you their non-existent fraud team (I’ve been told by a former employee) found no fraud and they can’t cancel the contract EVEN though they added a 3rd party to my account without my permission.

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK I have had an issue from 29/11/2019 when I purchased a 5g phone was told 5g was coming to my area in 2020 its now 2021 no 5g was miss sold misled. Now having my broadband capped to 18mbps be informed my minimum line guarantee is 15mbps i pay for 36mbps

@VodafoneUK How about if I send you my landline number privately and you give me a call? I am very doubtful of your promises as I have spent the last 2 weeks to fix my WiFi and even an engineer confirming the fault didn’t help.
