Contacted your support, assured I'd be called back within 24 hours and the refund back within 48. 48 hours later and neither have happened. Please help.

It hasnโt. Iโm not paying for this!

A total of 9.5hrs over 3 days, about 90% of which was on hold (or waiting for advisor to type answer). It got so I was quite tearful each time I was transferred. And don't get me started on the bastard TOBi bot.

Told lies numerous times and find the compensation unfair when comparing how many times ive called-each time Vodafone customer service have been appalling with resolving the issue
