    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @VodafoneUK again, super disappointed with Vodafone customer services.. was told I would have a cask back with in the hour at 17.30...... it is now 22.01 and im still waiting....... despite explaining the urgency and time scale of this problem affecting my families future...

    @VodafoneUK desperately trying to solve an issue with Vodafone.. constantly on hold... Been told I would have a call back within I hour by the credit file team at 17.30 and im still waiting....... not happy...

    @VodafoneUK still no internet at hone with a ticket started yesterday and a promise of it back and working within 3 hours. No doubting the speed but the customer service is poor

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have nothing but utter utter contempt for @Vodafone. Going round and round in circles with this awful V-SOS product. Aaaarghhhhh!!!!! ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก. This reminds me precisely why I left this awful sorry excuse for a company 5 years ago.

    @VodafoneUK ordered a phone Sunday. Your payment system did not take the payment, despite bank authorising the payment. Contacted your support, assured I'd be called back within 24 hours and the refund back within 48. 48 hours later and neither have happened. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK Left last Friday now on @virginmedia mobile very happy ๐Ÿ˜ƒ you sales team did have the chance of keeping me as a customer but I had a much better offer from virgin mobile all about the prices you need to look at that so I wonโ€™t be giving you my number better luck next time

    @_One8Seven1_ @VodafoneUK Iโ€™d suggest going to Carphone Warehouse. Their rep isnโ€™t great but Iโ€™ve only ever had excellent service and theyโ€™re open to deals normally

    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where ยฃ6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasnโ€™t. Iโ€™m not paying for this!

    - after setting off SOS almost 5 minutes before band mode changed - after โ€œHelp on wayโ€ flashing green doesnโ€™t change to solid green - after emergency over, band still hasnโ€™t reset - hopeless. Absolutely hopeless. @whichUK PLEASE investigate @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    People are very quick to moan when they have a bad experience with a company, but I just had a really positive experience with @VodafoneUK support ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ got everything I needed, including discount as weโ€™ve been with them for so long. #thankyou @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneUK @andyholtby92 We have been pushed from pillar to post since we moved in out last property with poor service and it's a shame we can't leave out contract before moving to our new property next week. Never ever experienced anything like the service Vodafone provide, not to mention false speeds!

    @VodafoneUK 5 calls to Vodafone in the last 4 working days to get something sorted... keep getting passed from pillar to post getting no where... terrible service

    @GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

    @Oscarin14918850 @SueSuezep @VodafoneUK I found it was getting hold of customer service. A total of 9.5hrs over 3 days, about 90% of which was on hold (or waiting for advisor to type answer). It got so I was quite tearful each time I was transferred. And don't get me started on the bastard TOBi bot.

    @VodafoneUK Netwrok issues since may20 Told i'll only be compensated ยฃ40. had to call Vodafone 20+ times. Told lies numerous times and find the compensation unfair when comparing how many times ive called-each time Vodafone customer service have been appalling with resolving the issue

    @VodafoneUK Say away from Vodafone there customer service department from the bottom to the top is one of the worst within the sector, miss selling is an issue which customers are not readily aware of, we have had a stressful time with the actions of this company,
