    @VodafoneUK could someone please help me apply a discount to my account. Tried by phone and was told to email, nothing. Phoned again and told to go in store. Was told it cannot be done in store and to phone again. Very frustrating.

    I'm gonna assume that anyone being shitty with me this evening is probably a customer of @VodafoneUK as their data services this evening seem to be up and down like Katie Price's knickers. Which is rather unusual of vodafone as i extremely rarely have issues with them.

    @VodafoneUK fuming! No internet until Tuesday after switching to you and was supposed to be connected to you today... no help from the call centre other then it is what it is! Shocking!! Regret switching already

    its all well looking around for broadband, and I'm a @VodafoneUK customer, however, when @virginmedia are the only broadband provider you can get because @OpenreachHelp didnt bother covering your street, it makes it rather difficult #MartinLewis

    @Ethhxnn @rosbux @VodafoneUK That was my point - non ionising rf is nothing to worry about - but the microwave would be more harmful than the original rf freqs but still just as bad as WiFi but still safe 👍👍

    @VodafoneUK shocking experience with Vodafone cancel a month internet dongle (which you have to cancel on the same day of ordering due to a month notice policy) to then be sent a bill for this month call customer service advise it’s an error I won’t be charged....

    @VodafoneUK looks like I will have to contact @Ofcom today. I changed provider in Dec 20 and it’s taken this long to get you to cancel! You now owe me a refund of the rentals I’ve paid since then but it’s not forthcoming and I’m being fobbed off. Absolutely shocking service!

    We literally experience the worst customer service with @VodafoneUK My time yet again wasted with DMs. Computer says no, even though they are at fault. As usual; no common sense. Definitely looking for new phone contracts, even though we’ve been customers for over 25 years.

    @nigelpoulton I’ve used @VodafoneUK 5G gigs cube but there are latency issues with initially connecting to websites. I would not recommend. @StarlinkPage are accepting orders in the UK
