    @VodafoneUK Left last Friday now on @virginmedia mobile very happy 😃 you sales team did have the chance of keeping me as a customer but I had a much better offer from virgin mobile all about the prices you need to look at that so I won’t be giving you my number better luck next time

    @VodafoneUK again, super disappointed with Vodafone customer services.. was told I would have a cask back with in the hour at 17.30...... it is now 22.01 and im still waiting....... despite explaining the urgency and time scale of this problem affecting my families future...

    @VodafoneUK customer service is appalling. Cant wait to leave! I hope you organise a big family #funday and it rains! And you buy a boat and it leaks you buy a car and the wheels fall off or buy a submarine and it floats,and you get tea tree shampoo in your in your eyes.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have nothing but utter utter contempt for @Vodafone. Going round and round in circles with this awful V-SOS product. Aaaarghhhhh!!!!! 😡😡😡. This reminds me precisely why I left this awful sorry excuse for a company 5 years ago.

    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @_One8Seven1_ @VodafoneUK I’d suggest going to Carphone Warehouse. Their rep isn’t great but I’ve only ever had excellent service and they’re open to deals normally

    People are very quick to moan when they have a bad experience with a company, but I just had a really positive experience with @VodafoneUK support 👍🏽 got everything I needed, including discount as we’ve been with them for so long. #thankyou @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneUK desperately trying to solve an issue with Vodafone.. constantly on hold... Been told I would have a call back within I hour by the credit file team at 17.30 and im still waiting....... not happy...

    @GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

    - after setting off SOS almost 5 minutes before band mode changed - after “Help on way” flashing green doesn’t change to solid green - after emergency over, band still hasn’t reset - hopeless. Absolutely hopeless. @whichUK PLEASE investigate @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK @SpotifyUK Vodafone UK are happy to not only not provide a service but then are happy to charge you for wanting to move on because you have no service. They did this to my mother after she lost my father and could make phone calls to sort out his estate.

    @VodafoneUK All I get on my landline is spam calls, despite being on the Phone Preference Service. I'm paying for a service which is not only useless, it's a nuisance. I don't want to pay for your landline service anymore, it's ****. Can I just have the broadband?

    @VodafoneUK Can you please reply to our DM sent in respect of our mortgage lender ? They ask for an email or letter explaining what happened to our credit files, and what action was taken to remedy the problems? They have declined the application because they need more information. 😥😥

The lender demands an explanation of why we had negative markers applied to our accounts? What went wrong ? Please HELP

    Why do @VodafoneUK think it is acceptable to leave a customer, who works from home and has a school child accessing online classes at home, to be without the Internet for up to 12 hrs just to change an address ? Can anyone recommend a broadband supplier?

    @chrisbfriend @VodafoneUK People are relying on Vodafone to salvage a mortgage application! Our lender now asks for a letter / email to be submitted with a new application! They want to know why this happened ?? We cannot get a mortgage without this ?? Please HELP US NOW 😭😭😭
