Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

As an aside, I've had Vodafone broadband before and found the connection to be reasonable (although they seemed to have lots of problems with billing / account management).

The problem is I shouldn't have to keep ringing and wasting more money being on hold when there are transcripts to work from. I ended up testing myself and it seems the booster is (yet again) the issue.
