    @VodafoneUK Hi Guys ,over the past 10 days or so I've made 3 calls to CS, enquiring about delivery of router. Last Mon I was told last Fri. Last Friday I was told this Tues. Service went live yesterday and was told I wouldnt be billed until router was connected. Was billed y'day

    It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

    @VodafoneUK Awful non-service in store today. Waited 20 mins whilst staff tried to help someone with a Spotify login. Didn’t even get a hello or be with you shortly. Was going to going to discuss an upgrade. Now thinking I’ll change networks.

    @VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

    @VodafoneUK That’s the first place I went to when I had a problem. I’ve done all that. Both. The tv goes in and out of fuzziness when using apps and my phone apps constantly dip

    @VodafoneUK terrible service! My Mum’s phone was stolen yesterday, been told three times it has been blocked. Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

    @VodafoneUK Yeah that's the disappointing thing, the deal CPW were offering was significantly cheaper than this for the Neo, let alone the lite. I'll keep an eye out anyway as the customer service I've had from @virginmedia has been disgraceful. So I'll keep my eyes peeled.

    @VodafoneUK supposed to have Spotify Premium for 24 months. But I am still on the free version despite opting in. I have contacted your customer service and they were not able to help. I have upgraded my contract and have only encountered issues! Very disappointing!!!

    Oh @VodafoneUK why is it that upgrading with you is never smooth?!?! Have now asked at least 5 times for a trade in bag since 23rd October... still waiting! Not a happy customer here 😬
