    @VodafoneUK I’m dealing with someone called Calum, who clearly doesn’t know how to work under pressure, in a crisis situation you need strong people. Is it possible to talk to someone at Vodaphone, no one is picking up calls, response time via message is unacceptably slow.

    @VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

    @VodafoneUK Wimbledon store not helpful with @VOXI_UK You sell the SIMs but tell me to go online to sort out any issues trying to activate the services that are part of taking out a contact. Really poor.

    @VodafoneUK Not a mobile account and after being deliberately cut off and passed around for over an hour. I will be taking you to Ofcom. Sending a DM will get me nowhere you ride and untrained agents have already confirmed that. Every please avoid @VodafoneUK if you want decent service

    Absolutely disgusted by dreadful customer service from @VodafoneUK after billing me since Sept 19 for two cancelled contracts (they couldn't activate the Sims so I cancelled). Unbelievable that a business this size cannot look after good customers or sort out their mistakes. HELP
