@VodafoneUK Wimbledon store not helpful with @VOXI_UK You sell the SIMs but tell me to go online to sort out any issues trying to activate the services that are part of taking out a contact. Really poor.

@VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

@VodafoneUK I keep having broadband connectivity issues, each time I end up spending an hour or more on online chats with your staff, some good, others not. In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

@VodafoneUK Thanks, I managed to get it done eventually, but 40 minutes on the phone, plus 2 previous calls, plus live chat (so well over an hour) shouldn’t have been needed - none of it was “on hold” - just poor process and lack of clue and a stupid IVR system.

Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m having problems with my broadband. Was on the phone to an advisor around 13:15 called Sarah who advised I’d receive a call back “within 20 minutes”. I’m still waiting and this is wholly unacceptable, when will I get this call back?

@ruthberry_ Beyond a joke! @VodafoneUK I was on the online chat to them for 2.75 hours this morning and got nowhere. My partner just spent 1.75 hours on the phone to them and the guy who he was speaking to just hung up! We have been hung up on 5 times in the course of this complaint.

@OpenreachHelp we lost broadband (HR2) at 7 this morning and we’re told by our provider it would be back on by 1pm. Is there any update on when the problem’s likely to be fixed? @VodafoneUK kindly gave us data to use but we’re rural so no signal.
