@VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

@VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

@_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

Nine months (unfortunately two year contract) & I ditch AWFUL @VodafoneUK broadband. A total shambles. One of the worst. The router is not fit for purpose - wifi is TERRIBLE. I suspect it’s old tech. And broadband connection drops multiple times a day. Crap. AVOID. #vodafone

@VodafoneUK Not me, the z fold phone I've got is the worst phone ever, went to the Vodafone store to seek help but was told its my problem and i would have to pay over a thousand pounds to have it sorted out and you can't claim on insurance because they don't cover those phones
