Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@vodafoneuk hey guys, is there any chance that you will start to accept @starling_bank as a direct debit payment method, when taking out a Sim only contract with you? At the minute, it seems like you can’t use them. You just get errors all the time.

@VodafoneUK - for over 3 hours ,your assistant was rude , cutting me off as my battery was dying after asking me to take a pic of my router which cut me off when I went to the camera app ,I've just tried to contact via the app but apparently they're having tech problem's

@VodafoneUK Hi. I’m an existing customer who is now out of contract. I’ve signed a new contract with you but via a 3rd party website (sooooo much cheaper!!). I’m assuming when the new phone arrives tomorrow you can transfer my existing number onto my new phone / SIM?

I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

@VodafoneUK It’s was a technical problem on your side where my SIM card was blocked or something, but they’ve sorted it out and switched me back on. Vodafone have terrible reception in LONDON! Crap 4G and crap customer service. I will be moving my families 5 contracts to EE in April.

I find it absolutely disgusting that @VodafoneUK allowed a poor call centre staff member to be reduced to tears in trying to assist me in a complaint. A simple query that could be solved in minutes and the managers at @VodafoneGroup allow their call centre staff to take this!

So much for @VodafoneUK broadband phoning me back yesterday about our dismally slow internet speeds. Having to tether to my phone to do video calls. Time for a new provider, any recommendations? @Hyperoptic have been saying they'll come to my area for ages but not here yet.

@msportmemories @VodafoneUK That's not great, any joy with customer services? I haven't found them very accommodating. I won't be taking out a new 2 yr contract with them now. Shame .
