    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Avoid like the plague. I went to take out a plan, immediately cancelled. They went ahead anyway, proceeded to port my number, the device is on its way back to them. Meanwhile I’ve absolutely no mobile network whatsoever and they can’t help until they got the phone back.

    @markaizatt @VodafoneUK @YOSushi I had to buy a PAYG sim on a different network today to be able to use data services and work when away from Wi-Fi. It’s been abysmal for ages and getting worse. Will have to leave at end of contact as this is not fit for purpose
