    @VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

    @admdly @VodafoneUK The service on Vodafone completely outperforms EE in most areas I go to (I have both - well actually all networks but anyhow)... but the stupid "Tobi" assistant and the call centres are these days totally poor compared to EE who do actually have a better CS setup.

    Imagine buying a device from @ZTEPress, it stops working after a few months, contact @VodafoneUK, send it for a repair, getting it back without resolution and being offered 50% discount to buy a new one because it wasn't purchased via Vodafone (it's Vodafone branded)
