    @VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

    @VodafoneUK I have and now have to wait until tomorrow and hope that they'll bother to find the right house. The photo even had a different street name clearly in it. You should be concerned that phones could be handed over to anyone if delivered to wrong addresses. That's poor security.
