    @VodafoneUK I’ve already been to the ombudsman and had it investigated nothing can be done it’s a poor infrastructure according to vodafone I’m cancelling when the contract ends in December

    @VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

    48 hours @VodafoneUK that is what the dm from your team said on Saturday it's now late Wednesday afternoon and I still have zero service. please, please please fix this. For those seeing me @ Voda so much I ordered the phone on the 23rd October and still have no working service.
