@VodafoneUK This happened last time too @CostaCoffee should be barred from veryme rewards unless it's an offer available for the entire United Kingdom including NI, I'm a paying customer like anyone else I can just take my business elsewhere if they'll discriminate because of location

  • seanp280 🇮🇪 Seán 🇪🇺 (@seanp280) reported from Glenavy, Northern Ireland

@MRJames55156600 @VodafoneUK I'm exactly the same. I actually think I'm still within my 14 days. Will be phoning tomorrow to cancel.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK After it was activated, I rang and asked about the £5 a day loss of service credit that I was told on the phone. I was out of broadband for 16 days, all in all, which meant we went through a mountain of data for homework etc. I was then told…3/

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

  • nuala_hoop Nuala McAdams (@nuala_hoop) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK After a week of calls to vodafone advisors and another 4 hours solid today my issue is still not resolved! Really poor customer service and cannot get anyone to help with my issue over moving address. Now possibly left with no internet upon moving...

  • mahaff1977 NM (@mahaff1977) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK your coverage in and around #RoyalBelfastChildrensHospitalforSickChildren is really bad. At best it’s one bar before the signal continually dies.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I raised a complaint on 07/10/2019 and was promised a call back from your complaints team. I still haven’t been called back and would like someone to call me like you promised.

  • paulsell Paul S Ell (@paulsell) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK has overcharged me on 10 of 12 broadband bills. Customer Service agree it’s their fault & owe me £98.50 in calls which should have been covered by an £8pm inclusive pack randomly repeatedly cancelled by them. Refund refused & £16 offered after 4 hours on phone. Avoid!

  • stevenburns89 Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK That the maximum they could do was £40. I know it still something but it’s the principal of the matter. Was told something, got something completely different. It’s also very intermittent quality of broadband. After several years as customer I told them… 4/

  • DonegalDaphne Daphne Patterson (@DonegalDaphne) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

I pulled a #Switcheroo with @CPWTweets to @VodafoneUK yesterday. I think Carphone Warehouse are edging just ever so slightly ahead in the most incompetent customer service advisor stakes at the minute. Hoping to make the switch without another 2 hours on hold between both.

  • lilmissymoo90 Lauren Blair♥ (@lilmissymoo90) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK any reason my signals never over 2 bars recently I’ve had people saying they haven’t been able to get hold of me ect

  • markomac311 Mark (@markomac311) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@DisneyParis_EN this type of phone bill isn't acceptable after spending thousands to actually go on holiday. a premium rate number should have staff on hand to answer phones. absolutely gob smacked at this bill even without the phantom 4 hour call that never happened @VodafoneUK

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DaveGl1970 Indeeana Jones (@DaveGl1970) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Putting a debt recovery agency onto a grieving widower, you are the worst.

  • nevisondave Dave Nevison (@nevisondave) reported

@Grant_Grieve13 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar drawn out issue about 10 years ago, vowed never to deal with Vodaphone again. Once you get away stay away.

  • StigStag1 Gallags01🇺🇦 (@StigStag1) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They make so many billions (and pay so little tax) that they have zero interest in Customer Service Tbf They really are the worst of a bad bunch Have you contacted @Ofcom Maybe worth a try Good Luck

  • hawkins_carole Carole Hawkins (@hawkins_carole) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Why can't you cancel the method of payment - that's the easiest solution - surely the bank can stop the payments.

  • ColourviewTim Timothy Jones 🕷 (@ColourviewTim) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I used to have a Vodafone account, they are incredibly rude when you are not happy with their service. I got rid of hem and was happy to pay a leaving fee because they are very, very unpleasant people.

  • Grant_Grieve13 Grant Grieve (@Grant_Grieve13) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They are THE worst at customer service. Had a very similar experience. My condolences on all fronts. I was a customer for over 25 years...then they made it difficult to talk to them. On purpose I believe.

  • maccaspacca1 Ian McEvoy (@maccaspacca1) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Please don't blame the customer service staff. They are often on minimum wage and pressured to meet unrealistic targets with little training. They are supposed to escalate to managers but many are not even told how to do that as they are thrown in the deep end when starting work.

  • Toddhorse Todd Feely (@Toddhorse) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Shocking that @VodafoneUK thinks this is an appropriate reply. Tells you all you need to know about their attitude to customer‘service.’ Choose ‘Speak with Advisor’?!? Have you recently employed some former Halifax staff…?

  • TimAllmanWriter Tim Allman (@TimAllmanWriter) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot Sorry to hear this George, hope it gets resolved soon. More parochial perhaps, but another reason for environmentalists of our generation to shun @VodafoneUK - their enthusiastic support for the destructive Newbury Bypass in the 1990s.

  • PaulRamsay7 Paul Ramsay (@PaulRamsay7) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Just speak to him, cancel the account, then apologise, properly! #FFS
