  • aaronmacn Aaron (@aaronmacn) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK Hi, I raised a complaint on 07/10/2019 and was promised a call back from your complaints team. I still haven’t been called back and would like someone to call me like you promised.

  • mahaff1977 NM (@mahaff1977) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK your coverage in and around #RoyalBelfastChildrensHospitalforSickChildren is really bad. At best it’s one bar before the signal continually dies.

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

  • stevenburns89 Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK After it was activated, I rang and asked about the £5 a day loss of service credit that I was told on the phone. I was out of broadband for 16 days, all in all, which meant we went through a mountain of data for homework etc. I was then told…3/

  • mitch900 Mitch (@mitch900) reported from Portadown, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK is your app not working 😵

  • Teefo1999 gjm (@Teefo1999) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

  • DonegalDaphne Daphne Patterson (@DonegalDaphne) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

I pulled a #Switcheroo with @CPWTweets to @VodafoneUK yesterday. I think Carphone Warehouse are edging just ever so slightly ahead in the most incompetent customer service advisor stakes at the minute. Hoping to make the switch without another 2 hours on hold between both.

  • BeardedCandles Bearded Candlemakers (@BeardedCandles) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@vodafone @VodafoneUK can someone please get in touch. I am still being charged for a new phone that never arrived months ago and have had the worst customer service since. Genuinely unreal.

  • PaulieBelfast PaulBelfast ☘️🇮🇪🇺🇦🌻🏳️‍🌈 (@PaulieBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK any idea when I’ll be able to login? I need to pay off my phone contract entirely, and cancel the awful Pro II broadband that just was delivered today. What’s the logistics of that?

  • stevenburns89 Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK That the maximum they could do was £40. I know it still something but it’s the principal of the matter. Was told something, got something completely different. It’s also very intermittent quality of broadband. After several years as customer I told them… 4/

  • seanp280 🇮🇪 Seán 🇪🇺 (@seanp280) reported from Glenavy, Northern Ireland

@MRJames55156600 @VodafoneUK I'm exactly the same. I actually think I'm still within my 14 days. Will be phoning tomorrow to cancel.

  • paulsell Paul S Ell (@paulsell) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK has overcharged me on 10 of 12 broadband bills. Customer Service agree it’s their fault & owe me £98.50 in calls which should have been covered by an £8pm inclusive pack randomly repeatedly cancelled by them. Refund refused & £16 offered after 4 hours on phone. Avoid!

  • markomac311 Mark (@markomac311) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@DisneyParis_EN this type of phone bill isn't acceptable after spending thousands to actually go on holiday. a premium rate number should have staff on hand to answer phones. absolutely gob smacked at this bill even without the phantom 4 hour call that never happened @VodafoneUK

  • adrianmcl Adrian Mc laughlin (@adrianmcl) reported from Randalstown, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK Thanks Ben I’m on with chat support now

  • lilmissymoo90 Lauren Blair♥ (@lilmissymoo90) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK any reason my signals never over 2 bars recently I’ve had people saying they haven’t been able to get hold of me ect

  • adrianmcl Adrian Mc laughlin (@adrianmcl) reported from Randalstown, Northern Ireland

Wasn’t a good idea changing broadband provider today!! @VodafoneUK telling me @skytv need to fix something and then they tell me @OpenreachHelp are the problem.

  • nuala_hoop Nuala McAdams (@nuala_hoop) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK After a week of calls to vodafone advisors and another 4 hours solid today my issue is still not resolved! Really poor customer service and cannot get anyone to help with my issue over moving address. Now possibly left with no internet upon moving...

  • edel077 Edel Lambon (@edel077) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK I appreciate that but when I phoned and called into the store no one was able to help so not sure what phoning again will achieve

  • sharoneclane Sharon Lane (@sharoneclane) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi, our Sure Signal has now been switched off - I’ve been able to switch my mobile to WiFi calling but my husband’s phone won’t allow him to switch it on for some reason. He now can’t make calls which isn’t ideal. What can he do? Thank you.

  • gavinjpreston gp (@gavinjpreston) reported

@gigaclear i was told this affected 8000 customers and was fobbed off with the excuse that it was 3rd party failure and @VodafoneUK customers were affected and that was 14 hours ago so how long do we have to wait for you to correct this single point of failure in your network #BADCX

  • JamesMooneyUK James Edward Mooney (@JamesMooneyUK) reported

@VodafoneUK I'm not impressed with customer support when my phone line stops working, the lack of updates from the tech2 team is shocking, why in 2021 don't customers have access to an online ticket system to track progress? Maybe someone can reach out to help me?

  • watters01 Ben (@watters01) reported

@VodafoneUK I haven’t done this yet and I can do, but my point is that this never happened with my previous supplier.

  • DeanEades DEAN EADES WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY (@DeanEades) reported

@VodafoneUK Been awful signal since sure shot stopped

  • mattspencer89 Matt Spencer (@mattspencer89) reported

@VodafoneUK what is the point in having a click & collect service if you still have to wait half an hour in a queue to collect you’re order and be told “we close at 6 so might not get to you”?

  • JeanApplin Jean Applin (@JeanApplin) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi, why is it so difficult to cancel a mobile broadband contract with Vodafone? Im left with no alternative but to just cancel my DD. I have just spent a couple of hours being passed from one Dept to another with no joy.

  • SusyNgadeu susy Ngadeu (@SusyNgadeu) reported

@VodafoneUK told me I'd get a call within 48hours. Then told oh no we meant 2 working days. Guess they didn't mean that either. 2 months for broadband, hours on the phone, multiple broken promises, insulted by staff. Maybe that's why they won't return my calls.

  • JarradRose Jarrad Rose (@JarradRose) reported

@VodafoneUK Still no help from @VodafoneUK on my speeds (or the promised discount, So Don't believe them as their app doesn't work) Speeds still low, they don't care, just get the run around over and over. I guess I'll just leave them and forget the stress. Maybe that's what they want?

  • DeanEades DEAN EADES WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY (@DeanEades) reported

@VodafoneUK Samsung s21 ultra Drops signal
