  • paulsell Paul S Ell (@paulsell) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK has overcharged me on 10 of 12 broadband bills. Customer Service agree it’s their fault & owe me £98.50 in calls which should have been covered by an £8pm inclusive pack randomly repeatedly cancelled by them. Refund refused & £16 offered after 4 hours on phone. Avoid!

  • lyttlebelfast Gerard Lyttle (@lyttlebelfast) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK worst ever! Honestly from 1pm today no WiFi and guess what still no WiFi! Love telling their customers lies!!

  • DonegalDaphne Daphne Patterson (@DonegalDaphne) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

I pulled a #Switcheroo with @CPWTweets to @VodafoneUK yesterday. I think Carphone Warehouse are edging just ever so slightly ahead in the most incompetent customer service advisor stakes at the minute. Hoping to make the switch without another 2 hours on hold between both.

  • stevenburns89 Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK After it was activated, I rang and asked about the £5 a day loss of service credit that I was told on the phone. I was out of broadband for 16 days, all in all, which meant we went through a mountain of data for homework etc. I was then told…3/

@MRJames55156600 @VodafoneUK I'm exactly the same. I actually think I'm still within my 14 days. Will be phoning tomorrow to cancel.

  • stevenburns89 Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK That the maximum they could do was £40. I know it still something but it’s the principal of the matter. Was told something, got something completely different. It’s also very intermittent quality of broadband. After several years as customer I told them… 4/

  • adrianmcl Adrian Mc laughlin (@adrianmcl) reported from Randalstown, Northern Ireland

Wasn’t a good idea changing broadband provider today!! @VodafoneUK telling me @skytv need to fix something and then they tell me @OpenreachHelp are the problem.

  • mahaff1977 NM (@mahaff1977) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK your coverage in and around #RoyalBelfastChildrensHospitalforSickChildren is really bad. At best it’s one bar before the signal continually dies.

  • markomac311 Mark (@markomac311) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@DisneyParis_EN this type of phone bill isn't acceptable after spending thousands to actually go on holiday. a premium rate number should have staff on hand to answer phones. absolutely gob smacked at this bill even without the phantom 4 hour call that never happened @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK is your app not working 😵

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

  • POPMEUPUK pop (@POPMEUPUK) reported

@VodafoneUK wow must be your shortest customer ever bought 3 contracts with the view of being another 5 over and cancelled within 24 hours due to the worst disappointing customer service experiences in my life , to the point of laughable . Some internal work needs to be done !

  • JessfromW JessfromWales© (@JessfromW) reported

@VodafoneUK Another week, not working from home courtesy of Vodafone broadband. Wonderful. I have daily deadlines to achieve and cannot with yr useless service. I've just switched to Sky fibre broadband instead of waiting for grey blinky lights on the hub.

  • EV_Nerd Ross Mac 🔋⚡🚗 (@EV_Nerd) reported

@ian_c_elliott @virginmedia @VodafoneUK Strictly speaking the infrastructure was done by Gigafast, but this runs the fibre directly into the house whereas Virgin Media is fibre to a cabinet then copper to your house which is why bandwidth is limited. But also sheer volume of people on VM causes issues too.

  • TCWilkins73 Trudy Walters (@TCWilkins73) reported

@VodafoneUK Unfortunately not your broadband lately, the last few weeks experiencing it going down on such a frequent basis. Interfering with work and daughters studies

  • pavanks04 Pavlo (@pavanks04) reported

@VodafoneUK how can we contact your chief operations officer and head of service. I have some serious concerns with the service I have recieved and continue to recieve and now need to escalate it as it is evident the contact centre managers are not capable of taking calls.
