  @DarranMcC @VodafoneUK Might not be any connection with your issue but I know there is a new 17.5m tower with planning approval at the filling station just down from the church. It will be used by VF and O2 for 4G don't know if it's built yet.

  @VodafoneUK is it true you're being forced to upgrade customers on Fibre 2 to a higher package as @GOVUK are removing this fibre service & upgrading the cables rendering fibre 2 redundant by the end of 2027? I've just been told this by your staff at retentions.

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!
