@DarranMcC @VodafoneUK Might not be any connection with your issue but I know there is a new 17.5m tower with planning approval at the filling station just down from the church. It will be used by VF and O2 for 4G don't know if it's built yet.

@DisneyParis_EN this type of phone bill isn't acceptable after spending thousands to actually go on holiday. a premium rate number should have staff on hand to answer phones. absolutely gob smacked at this bill even without the phantom 4 hour call that never happened @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK has overcharged me on 10 of 12 broadband bills. Customer Service agree it’s their fault & owe me £98.50 in calls which should have been covered by an £8pm inclusive pack randomly repeatedly cancelled by them. Refund refused & £16 offered after 4 hours on phone. Avoid!

@VodafoneUK No I am not. I asked staff members that I be provided with temp connection via sim card and all including a manager said Vodafone declines to do that. And i need to wait without broadband till issue is resolved. But I was offered a separate 24 months sim contract at my expense!!!
