  @DarranMcC @VodafoneUK Might not be any connection with your issue but I know there is a new 17.5m tower with planning approval at the filling station just down from the church. It will be used by VF and O2 for 4G don't know if it's built yet.

  @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...

  @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!
