@VodafoneUK …what is the point of you having any form of “support” because you don’t seem to have anyone capable of helping people with issues that aren’t the most basic problems, and you have clearly no network monitoring for non-RAN issues.

@VodafoneUK To the store as I had to escalate the issue. 5. The store agreed with me that it had come in perfect condition and escalated. 6. Wasn’t allowed a copy of that escalation. 7. Was told today they have no copy of that escalation as if it’s urgent it takes 5 working days!!

@VodafoneUK 7. Told my upgrade would be here by Wednesday of course it isn’t. Now Thursday still no phone. Never mind apparently the answer is I can track no existent phone and non existent repair.

Man @vodafoneuk are getting my “worst support award” for March. Report issues with many sims all over the country, mirrored by people online with same issues, and exchanges with them, this morning they act like they never discussed it yesterday & blame my sim/phone. *BANGS HEAD*

@VodafoneUK …because I haven’t got one sim, I have many. I haven’t got one device, I’ve got many. It’s not one location, it’s many. It isn’t JUST ME, because other people who use you independently of me had issues yesterday - and all of them - like me had the issues magically disappear!

After being reassured by @VodafoneUK support that they'd repair the device under warranty, I sent it back a week ago and today they have today emailed me to say it's not under warranty. Very unhappy, the device is clearly not as described and not fit for purpose.

@VodafoneUK how can I be classed as a loyal customer yet @EE and @SkyUK can offer me better pay monthly deals as a new customer and your agent made out he was doing his best and wasn’t really bothered.

@VodafoneUK I did… And you don’t - because multiple responses completely missed the point. It magically fixed 7h 40m ago… after being broken everywhere from 10am yesterday… and you spent all of yesterday denying the issue via every support channel - and not just to me!
