Just when you think @VodafoneUK can’t go any lower thay do - Letter to CEO complaining about overcharging and they tried to call me once and never tried again and so told me complaint has been closed and want me to call a number of their own CEO to reopen!!

@VodafoneUK crap service. An agent probably sitting at home made a mess said she had just started told me to hang up and try another agent because she does not know what she is doing. Yh yh I know DM us but should be said you are providing a pathetic service at the moment

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted in the service I’ve received with my recent home move. I have a mobile account, 2 land lines & 2 broadbands and moving them has been a painful experience. 5hrs and 5 different people spoke to and still no internet or land line 😡😡😡

@virginmedia @virginmedia I still have no service and unable to make and receive calls I made another call to 151 still no luck service has got worse normally by 4pm I have service non yet ill be moving to @VodafoneUK as theres no issues with them in my area there customer service is amazing
