@VodafoneUK And I then got transferred to someone who didn't know why the call had been put through to her 😬 ... She asked me to talk through the entire problem with her again... I did not. Then I received a 'how likely are you to recommend Vodafone' text 😖 ... I'll give you one guess.

@VodafoneUK I was called back. Despite having an order confirmation, a plan, an initial payment receipt & a direct debit authorisation, Customer Services are advising that they can only see a blank screen where mum's account should be 😳 This is an evening of my life I will never get back.
