@VodafoneUK I’m extremely unsatisfied with the customer service me and my son have had over the last year trying to resolve one problem. Been lied too by @VodafoneUK on multiple occasions being told the problem has been resolved when it hasn’t, and still isn’t resolved.

@VodafoneUK I have no 4g... Haven't had all day. You ring your phone lines and it sends you numerous texts with links in that I cannot open due to no 4g!!! Ridiculous service!

@VodafoneUK I only sent the complaint last night. Its been 10 days minimum (to my knowledge) with no data in Hackney Wick. I'll be put more at ease if I was told of what the issue is and a timescale of when it will be back up and running.

@VodafoneUK Hi, a while back you escalated an issue with my internet service and said that it was a local issue (NE2 postcode area) that should be resolved by the end of December. It's January, and you still are not providing me with my guaranteed speed. What's going on?
