@VodafoneUK If I could reach anyone on the phone I would but I can’t. Every call to 191 ends up in a text message to talk with Tobi. I’m actually ready to cancel all 4 contracts with Vodafone as the service is shocking. Ok I’ll go bang my head of the wall with Tobi again. 🤯

I don't care what anyone says about #AI and how it is going to be the future, until companies like @BritishGas & @VodafoneUK change their irritating automated phones service, I'll always prefer people. The machines are awful, just awful.

@VodafoneUK Really losing patience with the level of service. I took out Fibre with you two months. Not a week goes by without some form of issue. I’ve had to reset my router tonight because if the down time on Friday. Router now won’t even turn back on. What do I do?

Stunned that @VodafoneUK weren’t able to offer us a competitive offer for my mother in law’s broadband / land line! A once loyal customer that we’ve now switched v easily to @Plusnet and saved her £130 a year!!
