@VodafoneUK After another 100mins of meaningless chat with your customer service, I still get to the same result as I did the last 4 times I tried, no resolution.

@VodafoneUK I want to speak to an actual person on the phone, why can I not get through to the call centre? You’re about to lose a customer if this ridiculousness carries on

@VodafoneUK you are the biggest joke of a company, you are unable to tell the truth to a new customer about why he can’t port his existing phone number from BT yourselves

@ViCustomerCare I think this should be taken care by International brand like @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK. You are sending all your customer information to any unknown email id. Pls correct your system first and then expect it from people like us.

@VodafoneUK I would love to know how many of your service tickets are actually marked as resolved because consumers cannot be bothered. Your process is so complex, with so many steps to resolve simple issues, that I am losing interest every time

@VodafoneUK Multiple devices and browsers. I see other people have raised the issue on this feed as well.however even if it was working I could not use it on an iPhone 13 due to another discount being applied which can’t be removed. Why?

@VodafoneUK At the start of this I was told it wasn’t something you could help with and I had to call. Long story short, the CEO’s office is trying - and so far failing - to fix the issue (no idea where the problem lies, maybe Billing, maybe IT), so there’s no point in my rehashing it all.
