@adamgod95 @VodafoneUK I think the info you've been given is incorrect - none of the networks will let an existing customer transfer their number to a new contract with them. The workaround is to temporarily port your number to a PAYG SIM on another network, then port it back in on the new contract.

Since this photo was taken the headphones I'm wearing a free aka points from PAYG rewards on @VodafoneUK FAILED invisibly near the phone connection end (internal broken cable to the right ear). This set was sent for recycling. I've sourced a better more robust set by JVC.

As someone that has been a @VodafoneUK customer for 27 years I can safety say their customer service is **** and I would no longer recommend them. Happy to charge me twice each month for two months but not take my calls or reply to complaints BEWARE

@VodafoneUK recently moved from Bristol to Milton Keynes and the Vodafone phone signal & 4g across all of MK is shocking, can barely send a text message, can’t load an app, shocking! Same for my partner. We never had any problems in Bristol.
