    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK After it was activated, I rang and asked about the £5 a day loss of service credit that I was told on the phone. I was out of broadband for 16 days, all in all, which meant we went through a mountain of data for homework etc. I was then told…3/

    @DarranMcC @VodafoneUK Might not be any connection with your issue but I know there is a new 17.5m tower with planning approval at the filling station just down from the church. It will be used by VF and O2 for 4G don't know if it's built yet.

    @VodafoneUK please sort my broadband its been off 24 hours now. Help line cannot give me a return time. Signal so poor in area I cannot even hotspot in the house not enough signal. Poor service

    Joining @VodafoneUK is proving an unmitigated disaster. Signed up myself and soon on two separate accounts a couple of months ago. My sign up want too bad except @VodafoneUK decided to change my telephone number so carers couldn't contact me.

    @stephenjames63 @VodafoneUK Bang on. What is the point of tying up Vodafone support staff, when they could just admit there was an outage and put an update on for affected users. Trying to work from home here on mobile data. They have not dealt with this very well.
