    @DarranMcC @VodafoneUK Might not be any connection with your issue but I know there is a new 17.5m tower with planning approval at the filling station just down from the church. It will be used by VF and O2 for 4G don't know if it's built yet.

    @VodafoneUK I have tried but leads to nothing :( you found there was a fault that you fixed but it still hasn't fixed availability checker at my address max 76mb still openreach have 100% confirmed the issues your end and not their network or cabinets nor cabinets availability.

    I have had to travel to work more than normal due to no/poor Internet service (forced to use dongle) and use credit card to buy petrol that was not budgeted for. The compensation would have at least paid some of this. You are a disgrace @VodafoneUK

    .@VodafoneUK upgrade took 4 days to arrive despite next day promise. DMs spoke of compensation on arrival but now you're ignoring me after 4 new messages sent. Customer Service is horrendous.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Essentially the choice was a) pay them despite our having to close being due to their mistake b) expect bailiffs and a bad credit rating for our son Needless to say their complaints procedure didn't work. I am certain none of this is accidental - they're simply crooks.
