or the @VodafoneUK "back team" is just lazy...cause after FOUR 24 hour waits still nothing, been told it could have been a BLANK sim i was sent, and till no solution so you can just go ahead and cancel this sim IM DONE!!!! After my phone loan paid off, BUH BYE!!!!!!!

@VodafoneUK I have raised a complaint. I was offerer compensation but then 1) I couldn’t then complain and 2) nothing could be sent to me in writing about you not blocking my stolen phone when I asked .

@VodafoneUK Secondly I dont have a pin and I can’t set one up because the Vodafone website doesn’t recognise my number. Without a pin I can’t request a Pac code (is this even legal?). My number is +44 7391 657475 and has been active for the last two years with Vodafone. Please help!

@VodafoneUK starting as a new customer with you tomorrow PM. Supposedly the kit is coming via DPD. I’ve been told that it has been delayed and DPD will contact me. Heard nothing. Starting to get concerned.

@chriswithers13 @CityFibre Yes, and BT essentially isn’t an option here. It’s just laughable that Cityfibre cannot be bothered to fix the error that their own people made. They said to me when they did it it would be fixed in a few days. @VodafoneUK can’t do much about it either AFAIAA
