Vodafone Issues Reports Near Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Newtownabbey and nearby locations:

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK This happened last time too @CostaCoffee should be barred from veryme rewards unless it's an offer available for the entire United Kingdom including NI, I'm a paying customer like anyone else I can just take my business elsewhere if they'll discriminate because of location

  • mahaff1977 NM (@mahaff1977) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK your coverage in and around #RoyalBelfastChildrensHospitalforSickChildren is really bad. At best it’s one bar before the signal continually dies.

  • lilmissymoo90 Lauren Blair♥ (@lilmissymoo90) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK any reason my signals never over 2 bars recently I’ve had people saying they haven’t been able to get hold of me ect

  • nuala_hoop Nuala McAdams (@nuala_hoop) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK After a week of calls to vodafone advisors and another 4 hours solid today my issue is still not resolved! Really poor customer service and cannot get anyone to help with my issue over moving address. Now possibly left with no internet upon moving...

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK Yes I know why I checked the fine print on your T&C's and I'm telling you now it's discrimination, just because they operate under Costa Ireland doesn't mean you can just exclude any customers from NI to enter, I'm in the UK it's not my problem how Costa operate 😡😡😡

  • DonegalDaphne Daphne Patterson (@DonegalDaphne) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

I pulled a #Switcheroo with @CPWTweets to @VodafoneUK yesterday. I think Carphone Warehouse are edging just ever so slightly ahead in the most incompetent customer service advisor stakes at the minute. Hoping to make the switch without another 2 hours on hold between both.

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

  • stevenburns89 Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK That the maximum they could do was £40. I know it still something but it’s the principal of the matter. Was told something, got something completely different. It’s also very intermittent quality of broadband. After several years as customer I told them… 4/

  • Teefo1999 gjm (@Teefo1999) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

I wish these @VodafoneUK promoted @LewisHamilton tweets would get ******** off my Twitter feed. #noneed

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK hi lots of issues atm with Vodafone it’s been a week and still no box arriving to send my old iPhone back so I’m not charged an early upgrade fee and now my home broadbands been at a crawl for two days with no update either :(

  • aaronmacn Aaron (@aaronmacn) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK Hi, I raised a complaint on 07/10/2019 and was promised a call back from your complaints team. I still haven’t been called back and would like someone to call me like you promised.

  • paulsell Paul S Ell (@paulsell) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK has overcharged me on 10 of 12 broadband bills. Customer Service agree it’s their fault & owe me £98.50 in calls which should have been covered by an £8pm inclusive pack randomly repeatedly cancelled by them. Refund refused & £16 offered after 4 hours on phone. Avoid!

  • lyttlebelfast Gerard Lyttle (@lyttlebelfast) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK worst ever! Honestly from 1pm today no WiFi and guess what still no WiFi! Love telling their customers lies!!

  • stevenburns89 Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK After it was activated, I rang and asked about the £5 a day loss of service credit that I was told on the phone. I was out of broadband for 16 days, all in all, which meant we went through a mountain of data for homework etc. I was then told…3/

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

  • markomac311 Mark (@markomac311) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@DisneyParis_EN this type of phone bill isn't acceptable after spending thousands to actually go on holiday. a premium rate number should have staff on hand to answer phones. absolutely gob smacked at this bill even without the phantom 4 hour call that never happened @VodafoneUK

  • BeardedCandles Bearded Candlemakers (@BeardedCandles) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@vodafone @VodafoneUK can someone please get in touch. I am still being charged for a new phone that never arrived months ago and have had the worst customer service since. Genuinely unreal.

@VodafoneUK Shocking service. Since my sure shot was turned off. I'm had no signal. And hours on the phone with know joy

  • helstweets Hel (@helstweets) reported

@VodafoneUK I have sent you a screenshot of what happened. British Gas say it is not legitimate. I am not impressed by Vodafone’s approach to this - although I appreciate that you personally have tried to help.

  • SimonHolman9 Simon Holman (@SimonHolman9) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi Lou, thanks for picking this up. The link doesn’t seem to be working for me though, the page sticks when loading up. Is the service down or could you send another link? Many thanks

  • noh_1 george taylor (@noh_1) reported

@VodafoneUK tbh, it's pointless. It's been going on for years. It's called 'rural broadband' and Openreach never do any of the work they're supposed to. So I'm going on to a microwave system. CANNOT. WAIT. To get away from useless @VodafoneUK Yay!!!!

  • PebHeed PebHeed (@PebHeed) reported

What’s the call you’re most looking forward to making in the future? Got to be @ThreeUK retentions. Hello Mr XXX can we offer you… NO! I’m out of here & going back to @VodafoneUK at the first chance I get. Worst mistake ever signing up for a network that lets me down 😔

  • noh_1 george taylor (@noh_1) reported

@VodafoneUK My experience is social media engagement from corporations like Vodafone is just window dressing designed to make it look like the co. is doing something. In reality CS is utterly shambolic and glacially slow. Going with local co. I can talk to someone and get something fixed

  • Nigel_Morgan Nigel_Morgan (@Nigel_Morgan) reported

Hey @VodafoneUK is your app broken? Reboots when trying to entering a PIN number.
