@VodafoneUK hi lots of issues atm with Vodafone it’s been a week and still no box arriving to send my old iPhone back so I’m not charged an early upgrade fee and now my home broadbands been at a crawl for two days with no update either :(

@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

Another day working in Manchester city centre, another day of @O2’s unusable data network, calls dropping & messages failing. Colleague on @VodafoneUK had no issues. @O2 your excuse of congestion just isn’t acceptable. How do I cancel my contract? Literally can’t work like this!

Ahh @VodafoneUK said last week they were doing maintenance until Sep 30th. Checked today and they said no problems in my area. When pushed, they now say maintenance for next 17 days. Promised refund but nothing. I smell porkies. @Ofcom
