    @VodafoneUK hi lots of issues atm with Vodafone it’s been a week and still no box arriving to send my old iPhone back so I’m not charged an early upgrade fee and now my home broadbands been at a crawl for two days with no update either :(

    @VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

    @VodafoneUK worst customer service today regarding a random cancellation of broadband trying to say another company requested a change over to them&then that was the broadband cancelled&a fee of £90 being charged for early cancellation charge even tho we never cancelled it!!!!!
