-
Paul S Ell (@paulsell) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@VodafoneUK has overcharged me on 10 of 12 broadband bills. Customer Service agree it’s their fault & owe me £98.50 in calls which should have been covered by an £8pm inclusive pack randomly repeatedly cancelled by them. Refund refused & £16 offered after 4 hours on phone. Avoid!
-
Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK That the maximum they could do was £40. I know it still something but it’s the principal of the matter. Was told something, got something completely different. It’s also very intermittent quality of broadband. After several years as customer I told them… 4/

Mark (@markomac311) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@DisneyParis_EN this type of phone bill isn't acceptable after spending thousands to actually go on holiday. a premium rate number should have staff on hand to answer phones. absolutely gob smacked at this bill even without the phantom 4 hour call that never happened @VodafoneUK

-
Britishgamerni (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland
@VodafoneUK This happened last time too @CostaCoffee should be barred from veryme rewards unless it's an offer available for the entire United Kingdom including NI, I'm a paying customer like anyone else I can just take my business elsewhere if they'll discriminate because of location
-
Britishgamerni (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland
@VodafoneUK Yes I know why I checked the fine print on your T&C's and I'm telling you now it's discrimination, just because they operate under Costa Ireland doesn't mean you can just exclude any customers from NI to enter, I'm in the UK it's not my problem how Costa operate 😡😡😡
-
Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland
@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards
-
NM (@mahaff1977) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@VodafoneUK your coverage in and around #RoyalBelfastChildrensHospitalforSickChildren is really bad. At best it’s one bar before the signal continually dies.
-
Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK After it was activated, I rang and asked about the £5 a day loss of service credit that I was told on the phone. I was out of broadband for 16 days, all in all, which meant we went through a mountain of data for homework etc. I was then told…3/

Dom515 (@Dom515) reported
@VodafoneUK I have done so and started this process back in February- as an indication of how effective that is at problem resolution, I have very little confidence. Another 'no resolution' interaction with @VodafoneUK
-
Templeton Peck (@TempletonPeckJr) reported
@VodafoneUK Been trying to use it today for first time in two years and I can't log in as always one error or another. Never fails to amaze how a big tech company can have the worst website year after year for over a decade.
-
Gary Fegan 😷 (@Fegan) reported
@LOADOFCRAB @VodafoneUK If only they just said. We can't disprove your side of the story and we're sorry. But no! There's no evidence of it happening. Damn those moths eating the tapes. It's like listening to Lance fkn Armstrong.
-
nigelpm (@nigelpm_uk) reported
@TempletonPeckJr @VodafoneUK Agree with you - it's dreadful and why on earth it can't remember you on browser and you always need to login with all credentials every time is ludicrous.
-
Tim Hodson (@TimHodson5) reported
@VodafoneUK hey is something going on with your broadband today? Our signal keeps dropping out every 5 minutes and it's making it REALLY hard to watch TV having to quit apps and reconnect constantly
-
CRYO (@Cryopro) reported

I’ve had some pretty bad customer service experiences over the years (I’m looking at you @VodafoneUK) but I think that the customer service department at @LGUK have won... no further forward with my issue than I was 23 days ago... just constantly going round in circles.
