I then got sent a box, turns out you do only send one MF in the box . . . I do feel lied too throughout my contact with you from not booking an eng on the date you say . . . to microfiltetgate.

Have spent time with the team on the phone and 5mins after they leave the call (as we thought we’d stabilised) it died - it’s in escalation for a specialist to check in tomorrow hopefully
