    @VodafoneUK I’ll let you know - I’m on the phone with support, she thinks she knows where the issue is but has to consult a different team first to ensure the fix is the right idea. 3 MONTHS I’ve waited - dial up is faster than my fibre right now

    @VodafoneUK Thanks just having a general rant - I’m outraged at Vodaphones poor support. Have spent time with the team on the phone and 5mins after they leave the call (as we thought we’d stabilised) it died - it’s in escalation for a specialist to check in tomorrow hopefully

    @VodafoneUK at what point can I escalate the hopelessness of my service to the regulator as a formal grievance of the performance. Another day, still hopeless broadband and no update from the support teams that promise to update (I know you guys here don’t handle that)

    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @ThreeUK I know you hate me and never can be bothered to provide me with phone service and I do apologise for actually using a healthy wedge of my unlimited data today - please take up grievance with @VodafoneUK whose broadband has been dead all day even after phoning for help!

    @notorious_twub I was with @virginmedia for several years, no end of problems. And their customer service is shocking. I moved to @VodafoneUK for broadband and they have been fantastic. I won’t go back to VM.

    @VodafoneUK Tbh - I’m bored of your support. Probably spent 10+ hours and the issue has never fully gone away I got fed up of arguing when your team just don’t understand technology - VODAFONE SOLUTION: unplug ALLLL your tech and use 1 thing at a time, how very 1999 of you

    Looks like @VodafoneUK have had a major outage for home broadband users. Can’t get any outbound traffic, seems to be a core network issue as I get an IP but can’t ping their gateway or any IP (e.g. cloud flare or Google DNS servers.

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @VodafoneUK 25mins in a queue for the WRONG department because you’re systems are crap. Now being transferred after going through security - it better be 5mins or less like the advisor stated. But if that team isn’t that busy why did I get queued for the wrong team for so long

    @VodafoneUK Called about two months ago. A lady said she would unlock my iPhone 7 and I would receive a code in 5 working days. Still nothing and now can’t get through on phone and no response to any message. Website misleading and says all iPhones unlocked but 7 isn’t! Pls help.

    I dont have any holdings in #VodafoneIdea stock but i am damn sure, it will survive in the market. @VodafoneUK this is the time you have to put few more $ to sustain and you will be great player. I do use only @VodaIdea_NEWS sim, NOT any free sim/data. Lots of love!

    @Ofcom Do you keep an eye on the number of complaints against @virginmedia & @VodafoneUK? It’s staggering how many people have issues yet nothing is done about them. Should be able to cancel contracts if issues extend beyond a month, they’d have power if we didn’t pay for a month

    12 days and counting @VodafoneUK. You've had 12 days to get me reconnected and still nothing. Fail to provide a service so I guess I can just cancel my contract and go somewhere that can? Your request to send you DM has resulted in nothing and now I'm being ignored!
