Have spent time with the team on the phone and 5mins after they leave the call (as we thought we’d stabilised) it died - it’s in escalation for a specialist to check in tomorrow hopefully

Now being transferred after going through security - it better be 5mins or less like the advisor stated. But if that team isn’t that busy why did I get queued for the wrong team for so long

Then we had to ask for upgrade and the call connected immediately. You can join anytime, but you can never leave.

Their other trick is demanding advance payment if you have a higher-than-usual bill, and blocking the account until you pay. Not great when working overseas
