XYZ (@divingwill) reported from Bournemouth, England@CityFibre @VodafoneUK I hope you have better customer service than we do. 9 days later and still no contact! The road and pavements are like swiss cheese, and they just seem to want to make more holes! @CityFibre are you looking to go into strip mining or something?

Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandDay 9 of @VodafoneUK broadband hopelessness, they don’t know what’s wrong - promise updates that never come. It’s a long time to wait between updates when you can’t work properly
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK actually in a queue for gigafast... perhaps there is a problem - might be nice of you to acknowledge publicly that everything’s broken...

BGS (@Glyn1980) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandFed up @VodafoneUK - my phone has had virtually no signal at all for around 17 days or so. Can't make or receive calls. Your advisor gave link to network status tracker and it shows maintenance, and it did have a completion date of 16/6 last week, now there is no completion date
-
Owen Vachell (@OwenVachell) reported from Poole, England@VodafoneUK Ah ok. I’m a new customer so have never accessed the app before. Wasn’t sure if there was something else I needed to setup. Thanks for the quick response. 👍🏻
-
Rob Swain (@swain_elect) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Have been through this many many times. Have spent hours sending speed tests to you. Still nothing has been done. I pay a huge amount a month for extremely poor data speed and atrocious customer care. Can’t wait for my contract to end with #Vodafone #Vodafonedown #fail
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK at what point can I escalate the hopelessness of my service to the regulator as a formal grievance of the performance. Another day, still hopeless broadband and no update from the support teams that promise to update (I know you guys here don’t handle that)
-
Lizzy Maries (@lizzy_maries) reported from Bournemouth, England@CityFibre @VodafoneUK we’re so mad at you! We switched to your new network, wifi goes down all the time, your ref numbers don’t recognise, hours on chat support… still no wifi. Don’t switch 😞
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandThis is stupid now @VodafoneUK I’m not paying for my broadband this month. It’s useless, I have spent more hours on the phone to support than I have using it successfully
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Thanks just having a general rant - I’m outraged at Vodaphones poor support. Have spent time with the team on the phone and 5mins after they leave the call (as we thought we’d stabilised) it died - it’s in escalation for a specialist to check in tomorrow hopefully
-
BGS (@Glyn1980) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Understood, still fail to see why for the same phone you want to charge £25 a month extra and for an additional year. The £60+ you quoted was also for less GB's of data and it included max tariff discount of £7ppm according to your agent.
-
KirstE (@kjane28) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Do not promote your service with city fibre as being a “no more waiting”. This has to be the poorest business partnership I’ve ever known. Waiting in for second connection again … and it’s another No Show. But don’t worry coz you will bombard me with texts all week!
-
Lizzie Jane 🎭 (@LizzieMizzie_) reported from Sturminster Marshall, England@VodafoneUK hi. I’m having trouble updating my voicemail greeting. I keep getting an Error 1035 pop up. I’ve tried resetting network, doing this with 4G and airplane mode. Still says the same thing. Can you help me please?
-
KirstE (@kjane28) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK @CityFibre what part of we don’t want your service do you not understand? Told Vodafone customer services 3 times we want to cancel after appalling communication and 3 times no shows and move of internal fit date. Kept all record of it so u can stop blaming each other
-
Rich Burn (@richieburn) reported from Horton, England@VodafoneUK broadband speed and connectivity still really poor (Wimborne, Dorset) it’s affecting my ability to work at home. Can you please help. Switched router On and off, and advisory next steps you sent don’t work as password is invalid
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK I told you your router is crap - but no what do I know I’m just a customer, now ALL my devices are whining about the connection
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandTech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!
-
Philly B (@Philip_AnthonyB) reported from Poole, England@notorious_twub I was with @virginmedia for several years, no end of problems. And their customer service is shocking. I moved to @VodafoneUK for broadband and they have been fantastic. I won’t go back to VM.

Been looking, 2 companies no go, 3rd try came up just fine. One Company that 100% Needs a Contact number & Support sucks. Looking at you @VodafoneUK
-

-
Angela (@musicloverch1) reported@Katielou86x @Iromg @VodafoneUK Damn, ive been with them, same phone no. For 20 years. Who do I go to now? What company can I trust?
-
Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.

Martin 'Dougal' Ogle 🇬🇧 🏴 (@MartinOgle1) reportedVodafone seem not too have learned from previous idiotic companies that tried other stunts. I'm sure when people starting cancelling their contracts and swapping providers @VodafoneUK may find themselves in serious financial trouble and regretting supporting illegal immigrants.
