BGS (@Glyn1980) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandFed up @VodafoneUK - my phone has had virtually no signal at all for around 17 days or so. Can't make or receive calls. Your advisor gave link to network status tracker and it shows maintenance, and it did have a completion date of 16/6 last week, now there is no completion date

Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK at what point can I escalate the hopelessness of my service to the regulator as a formal grievance of the performance. Pat Brandwood (@PatBrandwood) reported from Poole, England@maccaspacca1 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Isn't the problem that these companies pay very low wages to staff who know nothing except how to answer a phone, often not in their first language? Try asking a train line call service about a town in England.
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandNice to see @VodafoneUK are still as incompetent as ever - after waiting 95646 days to be able to see an actual bill for what I’m paying, they’ve mischarged me - what a shock, now what are you going to do about it - I’m sick of these constancy issues with you?

-
Dorset Music, Events, Gigs - Mouth of the South UK (@MoftheS) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK I ended up having to borrow a microfilter off a friend, to find out no issue there. I then got sent a box, turns out you do only send one MF in the box . . . I do feel lied too throughout my contact with you from not booking an eng on the date you say . . . to microfiltetgate.

Jay Ramella (@ramella_jay) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!
-
skarabrae (@skarabrae580129) reported@carlfhoward @TheRAC_UK Its annoying. Shout out to @VodafoneUK who didn't do this. When my intro deal was coming to an end they emailed me, not the other round, to offer the same deal again. Customer retained, cost to them probably pennies.
